  Guys like Shanahan are HC's while guys like Romeo/Weis are always going to be DC/OC type guys.

  Wouldn't be a shock at all. I haven't seen much on it lately, but have the Weis to Buffalo as head coach talks been put to rest yet? I think that would be a horrible move on both Chuck and the Bills.
