TBone14Game should have been won in the 11th. Frustrating to see the result this morning but not surprised.

If we (the fanbase) can get that scrub Peyton Hillis on the cover of Madden, this should be a cakewalk.....HitsRus;1634253 wrote:Remember...VOTE KLUBER.

TBone14Shapiro is giving away 4 tickets plus Batting Practice on the field for the game tomorrow if you retweet his tweet about #VoteKluber.
-
HitsRusLOL...I voted about 200 times when watching the game the other nite...between the innings, probably got 15 votes in every half inning.
-
HitsRusLooks like ChiSox pitcher Chris Sale has a large lead....worse, Kluber is in 4th.
-
TBone14Sale's numbers are awesome. 8-1 with a 2.08 ERA. 102 Ks. 16 walks. He is deserving as well.
-
Laley23Tanaka is out, so maybe Kluber will just be selected lol.

vball10setDruby with a bases clearing triple to knot the score at 3-3 in the bottom of the 7th, then Brantley knocks him in with a sac fly... Tribe up 4-3.
-
HitsRusLightning strikes fast ... Slumbering Tribe breaks 16 inning scoreless streak ... 4 straight hits and a Sac fly

And now Roberto Perez follows up his first career hit with his first career homer. Good for him.HitsRus;1634841 wrote:Lightning strikes fast ... Slumbering Tribe breaks 16 inning scoreless streak ... 4 straight hits and a Sac fly

Never a doubt tonight. Had em right where we wanted them all night.HitsRus;1634852 wrote:Tribe piles it on and wins going away...9-3.
Did you guys know Brantley hasn't struck out in over 60 at bats or something stupid like that. It was June 22nd the last time he struck out. -
BRFGreat win.

Read a cool article today in the PD talking about all the bums the tribe got for CC Sabathia several years ago. Every one of them turned out just Like Matt LaPorta all out of baseball....sans Brantley who was the player to be named later in that deal.TBone14;1634854 wrote:Never a doubt tonight. HitsRus^^^....and so it goes trading established players for prospects. It is a crap shoot at best. You never are quite sure who is going to make the jump from AAA , who is going to develop quickly, who is going to be a star. Look at the Cliff Lee trade, and all that's left of that deal for the Tribe is Carlos Carrasco....who certainly has not developed into what the Tribe had hoped, but still may develop into a good back end of the pen guy. Look at the Ubaldo trade, and what's left of that for the Rox....and we were so high on White and Pomerantz. Pomerantz might turn out to be a good major league pitcher, but not for the Rockies, and so many years later than expected.

Laley23Goon is up again for the Sox today...
-
GOONx19I'll have to post it when I get home. 4:30 or 5ish. Go Tribe.

FootwedgeAbsolutely love Hammy. Who doesn't? But listeming to him today was beyond annoying. He happens to be friends with the Hoyer family and spent a half inning or so with Brian in his booth yesterday. Nothing wrong with that. But he kept referring to him as "We're interviewing Brian Hoyer, the starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. He said this 5, maybe 6 times. Hoyer may be starting the seson as number one, but he won't be for very long. The talent gap between him and Manziel is huge. Then he went on to say that Brian "should have been drafted" balony. Hammy....the guy completed about 55% of his passes in college...a pretty poor percentage. He wasn't drafted for good reasons.
