US Open Courses Played?

  Love watching the Championship at Pinehurst this week and got me thinking how much I'd love to play it sometime. I've been fortunate to play 4 other Open courses...Oakmont, Merion, Pebble Beach and Scioto. Anybody else played these or other Open courses?

  Played Inverness in Toledo a couple times. It's short, but tough as hell, with greens the size of postage stamps.

  Played Oak Hill on my recruiting trip to Rochester since it's their home course. Craig Harmon, since he was head pro there, joined us for a couple shots. Unreal experience

  Inverness is the only one I think, for a US Open.
  
  But, I've played Medinah and Bethpage Black. I think both are just PGA courses though.
  
  Pinehurst will be played in a month.

  Medinah hosted the US Open in '90 (Hale Irwin) and Bethpage hosted in '02 (Tiger) and '09 (Nick Watney)

  Won a round at Pinehurst during a fundraiser auction. I'll be out there later this summer.

  Bethpage is on my "to do" list definitely. I might get on Southern Hills later this summer too.

  I'd love to play Inverness but unfortunately my connections get me only on Toledo CC and Catawba Island lol. However next week I'll be playing Meadowbrook CC up by Novi which hosted a PGA 50 years ago and I may be able to play Oakland Hills but not sure yet
