    His hitting, yes. However, defensively he's one of the top 5 in MLB. If he couldn't play SS, might as well tar and feather him.

    Puig getting to that Hamilton gapper and getting it to the cutoff like a SS was the difference in the game. I don't believe any other RF could've cut that ball off and got the ball in that quickly.

    I agree that was a great play. I wonder how much Skip hearing the crowd reaction with his back to the play played into Skip stopping rounding 3rd. However it came to be, stopping was the right decision, except for the fact that the ball got away.
