Week Whatever: Detroit at PIttsburgh or something along those lines.

HereticSo, can the Steelers make it two in a row?
Megatron vs. Ike Taylor!
All signs point to no.

Thoughts, words, defeated moans? Here's the place! -
HereticAnd why is it that half (or more) the time I post a pic, it only comes up as a thumbnail that needs to be clicked on to actually see in actual size? I feel my wit is being under-appreciated under these conditions.

AutomatikAre you copying the thumbnail link and not the full version link?
PITTSBURGH WINS! -
Heretic
Nope. Google images, go to full image, copy link and that's what I got. Hell, I even dragged this one to my desktop and inserted it that way, so I knew I had the full version.Automatik;1534487 wrote:Are you copying the thumbnail link and not the full version link?

Damn raggedy-ass vBulletin... Nuthin' more than a straight-up busta. -
Ironman92Ike did well on Green. Ikecan be physical enough to slow him up....
Pittsburgh needs to stop the run, win the turnover battle and give Ben some time.
Winnable -
AutomatikOver/Under, number of screen plays?
7? I'm going over. -

Give Ben time against probably the most ferocious D Line in the NFL?Ironman92;1534665 wrote:Ike did well on Green. Ikecan be physical enough to slow him up....

Perhaps, but overall...their defense sucks.Classyposter58;1534738 wrote:Give Ben time against probably the most ferocious D Line in the NFL? -

You mean in the history of football at all levels, past, present and future, don't you?Classyposter58;1534738 wrote:Give Ben time against probably the most ferocious D Line in the NFL?
I just want your level of Detroit hyperbole to be consistent with baseball. -
BR1986FBColbert was at the Clemson game last night scouting Taj Boyd.
-
Automatik7-0 good guys. AB looking to have a big day.
-
Automatik14-0 bumblebees. 4 catches, over 100, 2tds for AB so far.
-
Classyposter58Holy cow Stafford with 327 yards passing already. Shocked the offenses are having their way like this today
-
AutomatikHoly cow, Detroit does nothing in the 2nd half.
That fake field goal try fucked them. -
Automatik37-27 final. Pittsburgh put on the clamps in the 2nd half, and I'll also thank the shit weather.

Ironman92Fuck I wish we had Romo.

Ironman92
They sacked him once and he had time to get the ball to the receivers. He was 29/45 356 yards and 4 TD with no picks or fumbles.....in 25 mph winds and a blowing rain (not that those are factors)Classyposter58;1534738 wrote:Give Ben time against probably the most ferocious D Line in the NFL? -

Good win. They took Detroit's one good quarter of play and were able to regroup for the win. Too bad they started 0-4, as that takes some of the wind out of the sails of their current 4-2 streak after that horrid beginning. And too bad that Cincy beat Cleveland today, as it'd essentially be a six-week war between four teams within a game of each other. Instead, the Bengals have a solid lead with three teams all in this huge mass of mediocrity that will be the war for Wild Card #2. Where every single team is horribly flawed and .500 could wind up getting it because that 8-8 team could wind up being the least sucky of all the options. -
Ironman92As for the game I didn't get home until 3:15 (reverse raffle dinner)....watched game from way behind and couldn't post on here in fear of seeing the score. From the moment where Detroit banked in a lucky ass FG to Pittsburgh kicking a FG after 1st and goal on the 1....I screamed and yelled like a dumb fuck. The dog hid under the coffee table for over and hour.
3 times very deep in the RedZone and Ben did make a terrible pass on the last one but Haley was pissing me the fuck off......all the same time Ike fuckin Taylor left CJ wide open 4 times, missed 2 wide open tackles on him, gave up 2 TDs......dropped TWO point blank interceptions (1 deep in Detroit's territory and one on the damn goal line)
From there and before it was the best. Ben was great, AB was great, O-line great......defense pretty good with Jarvis Jones and Cameron Heyward really coming along.
Best job by the O-line all year.
