Cleveland Cavaliers Season Thread: Kyrie for MVP!

Ironman92Dunleavy uncharacteristically productive.
Dunleavy and Deng seal it. -

Depends on the defensive system(and/or the fact the NBA players take plays off in the regular season). For example, the system I was taught in high school was designed to force people to the baseline so help side could come seal them off and force a trap/charge.wes_mantooth;1532789 wrote:I guess I don't understand why everyone in the nba gives baseline....I was always taught to force inside where there's help.

RotinajSolid first quarter for the Cavs. I really like their chances to only lose by 25.
-
Mulva70-47 at halftime. Pathetic.

You gave them too much credit.Rotinaj;1535245 wrote:Solid first quarter for the Cavs. I really like their chances to only lose by 25. -
wes_mantoothWon the 4th quarter! Woot!
-
RotinajIm just happy we limited Love to 33-8. That's a win in my book.
-
MulvaBennett played his best game tonight. Made 3x as many shots as all other games combined. Shooting percentage was almost 6 times higher, too. So, another win.
-
robj55Cavs have been really disappointing so far, long season though.
-
Fly4FunDid the Cavs hire Mike Brown to intentionally tank the season without having to tell the coach to tank?
-
wes_mantooth
Not sure why they hired him....but he will be here awhile. His offense was unbearable with LeBron and company and seems worse nowFly4Fun;1535335 wrote:Did the Cavs hire Mike Brown to intentionally tank the season without having to tell the coach to tank? -

Why would we want to tank the season? Chris Grant would spend the #1 pick on someone like Mitch McGary.Fly4Fun;1535335 wrote:Did the Cavs hire Mike Brown to intentionally tank the season without having to tell the coach to tank? -

Nah he'd take wiggins. Which would be fucking amazing.Mulva;1535358 wrote:Why would we want to tank the season? Chris Grant would spend the #1 pick on someone like Mitch McGary. -
RotinajThis team is terrible.
-
MulvaThis team is a total embarrassment right now. Little talent, no heart.

the team has plenty of talent, that's not the issue.Mulva;1536542 wrote:This team is a total embarrassment right now. Little talent, no heart. -
Ironman92The surprising thing was the top scoters for the Bobcats shot horribly
-
Commander of Awesome
this. Inconsistent as hell, no movement on offense, lifeless on defense. Just terrible.robj55;1536553 wrote:the team has plenty of talent, that's not the issue. -
like_thatI say fire Mike Brown, and hire George Karl.

The evidence strongly suggests otherwise.robj55;1536553 wrote:the team has plenty of talent, that's not the issue.
They're definitely more talented than the Bobcats, though. No excuse to have lost to them twice already. -
Ironman92
Is he healthy enough? He's miles better than Brown.like_that;1536647 wrote:I say fire Mike Brown, and hire George Karl. -
SportsAndLadyAccording to ESPN, tempers flared in a players only meeting. Wonder who it was between.
Also said Irving was pissed brown pulled him vs Chicago. -
Ironman92
Did anyone believe Mike Brown was a good choice? I was never impressed with Brown with LeBron.SportsAndLady;1536847 wrote:According to ESPN, tempers flared in a players only meeting. Wonder who it was between.

robj55Lets just call it what it is, Mike Brown's success was a product of Lebron James.
