I got to attend a Fuel Up to Play 60 conference at Paul Brown Stadium and he just stole the show. We started off in the visitor's locker room and he spoke for a good bit on nutrition and was pretty impressive to say the least. He was a very well-spoken 6'7 270 statue with a smile that simply made everyone else smile.
After he finished we got to have a Q&A and I asked him what his pre game meal was for a 1:00 game and how soon thereafter he would eat. His reply was that on Sunday he drank 50 oz of water as soon as he got up, then about 4 hours before he had 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, pineapple, grapes, strawberries and then he giggled and said "a whole lot of green beans".......he said after the game, "well, I had a pretty good game (with a huge smile on his face) so I thought I deserved a pretty big ol steak, since I haven't had one for a while."
We then went to the field for a few group activities and he made it around and mingled with each and everyone of the 80 people that were there and posed for every picture asked.
For the rest of the day we were in the press box area in the gigantic 40 yard long cafeteria type room. And we got to eat lunch in the press box overlooking the field.
Any of you Bengals' fans that used to have a Chad Johnson/Ocho jersey.....and you don't have a Michael Johnson one...you're doing it wrong.
About as good of a day a Steelers fan could have in Who Dey central. Ben Gal girls were alright as well.
