Week 2: Cleveland lolrowns @ Ratbirds

like_thatCan we at least look at some positive from last week instead of QQing the whole time? Shit is getting exhausting. Some positive from last game:
-Run d looked good. Phily taylor made it easier ont he LBs.
-Pass rush was solid, could be better, but I liked what I saw out of sheard and kruger early in the season
-Jordan Cameron -
SportsAndLadyJordan Cameron was definitely very good. Cracks me up he was never utilized last year.
Haden shut down Wallace, and made Wallace QQ about not getting the ball enough. How you can cry about that after winning makes me think how selfish a player he truly is. Shocker he was bred in Pittsburgh.
Trent, despite the poor game statistically, was still breaking off a few tackles that I have no idea how he can even do that. He is so fun to watch. -
shook_17Chad Parsons ‏ @ ChadParsonsNFL 53mAccording to @ PFF, Trent Richardson forced 10 missed tackles on just 13 carries. Good luck, first defender in the hole. # Browns

Just give the guy the damn ball and let him try and make something happen. If he gets in the open field untouched, we will all be happy.shook_17;1499134 wrote:Chad Parsons ‏ @ ChadParsonsNFL 53mAccording to @ PFF, Trent Richardson forced 10 missed tackles on just 13 carries. BR1986FBBrowns usually play the Rats tough. I'd be surprised if this was a blowout.

wes_mantoothI would normally agree...but i think the cards are stacked against us. The ravens have to be pissed after manning bitch slapped them and the whole first home game with ring presentation deal....hope i'm wrong

derek bomar28-24, Birds. We somehow look ok on offense and we'll be up in the 3rd qtr, but then we give up two td's in a row and it's lights out.

If Jacksonville got the #1 pick, they would not be passing on Bridgewater.Commander of Awesome;1499449 wrote:#Browns special teams coach Chris Tabor up in guy's faces today.

Richardson finished with 13 carries for 47 yards and a 3.6-yard average, which matched his average for 2012. His long gain was 10 on the opening drive. According to profootballfocus.com, he averaged 5.8 yards running to the left, and only 1.3 on the right, where Oniel Cousins is subbing at right guard and Mitchell Schwartz struggled with Cameron Wake.

BR1986FBThomas usually does a good job of handling Suggs but if Schwartz plays like he did against the Fins, Dumervil will eat him alive. Hopefully we see a heavy dose of Trent and Norv/Chud don't get all pass happy again.

If they actually run the ball it is less likely to happen. It is much easier to rush the passer when you know a pass is coming 90% of the time.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1499775 wrote:Ugh, I hope we never see that again... -

Chud was always pass happy with DA I believe...not sure how "hands off" he is with Norv. You would think that Norv has full control....BR1986FB;1499768 wrote:Thomas usually does a good job of handling Suggs but if Schwartz plays like he did against the Fins, Dumervil will eat him alive. Well the Miami game reminded me eerily of the 2007 Cincinnati game minus the 40-50 mph winds. Trent could've run on that defense but they scrapped it and decided to air it out. Weeden, like DA, isn't going to win you games throwing 50+ passes. As like_that said about, establish a running game so the opponent doesn't know you're going to pass 90% of the time and your passing game might have a bit more success.wes_mantooth;1499816 wrote:Chud was always pass happy with DA I believe...not sure how "hands off" he is with Norv.
