Reds vs Brewers...Game 3
-
Ironman9217-11
-
Azubuike24I'd love to know all the records for thread starters.
-
SportsAndLadyI gotta be 1-8 or something horrible.
-
RotinajI was like 0-3 then went on a 5 or 6 game win streak.
-
Ironman92I hate Dusty Baker.
Ryan Ludwick is now seeing the ball and making good swings and Heisey is fire hot with 4 HR, 7 RBI and 7 runs and is 9/21 in his past 6 games.
So it's easy to predict Xavier Paul is in LF when we have to pitch a triple A pitcher.

SportsAndLadyGood ol dusty

Need to know their records against teams over .500 so we can set our playoff rotation. -

I'm
2-2 vs Pirates
1-1 vs Cards
1-1 vs Braves
0-1 vs Rangers -
gerb131Bruce homers 2x Reds win 8-4
-
SportsAndLadyWTF?!
Choo that is horrible. If I was the manager I'd bench his ass. -
gport_tennisMissing today's game, what did choo do?
-
gerb131
Didn't slide coming home on a busted up play. Ended the inning and the only real threat for the Reds.gport_tennis;1491040 wrote:Missing today's game, what did choo do? -
RotinajCan't wait until we get swept by the cards the next couple days.

I think the timing of that play was very strange and where Lucroy set up surprised him....as did the ball bouncing straight back for the pitcher.
Not an excuse for not sliding, but Choo plays hard every game.
That being said.....if you keep playing with fire.... He should've been out at 2nd, out by a lot at 3rd -
mhs95_06Reds win the homestand on the strength of the 3/4 against the D'backs.
-
Azubuike24Luckily, STL and PIT lost. Played like shit over the weekend and didn't lose any ground.
It will still be a miracle if they take a series in STL though. -

I only saw a quite replay. Was it like earlier this season when Robinson was running home, and Votto just stood there and didn't tell him to slide or anything? Roboinson just ran normal and was tagged out and had the look of ...wtf on his face at votto.Ironman92;1491060 wrote:I think the timing of that play was very strange and where Lucroy set up surprised him....as did the ball bouncing straight back for the pitcher.

Honestly....I never looked at the on deck guy. It was a strange play all around and the Reds are atrocious on the bases.
