Tampa Bay over NO?
-
JoeA1010If Tampa finishes this drive and scores and wins this game, and New Orleans ends up blowing home field advantage, then we could be looking at a Favre vs. Manning Super Bowl.
Minnesota vs. Indy would be the highest rated Super Bowl in history, I think. -
wes_mantoothI love watching NO, but they are not a Super Bowl team. They have been playing with fire all year.

Speedofsandwhatta comeback for Tampa Bay !

Laley23Indy vs NO would be a higher rated SB I think.
But you are getting ahead of yourself. The hottest team(s) in the NFC are GB and Philly. I would pick BOTH of them to make it before NO or Minny. -
JoeA1010No way I am taking GB or Philly to go into Minnesota and beat the Vikings. By no means is it in the bag that the teams with home field will make it to the Super Bowl, be they would be the favorites.
And I'm not much of a Favre fan, but a Minn-Indy Super Bowl without any doubt would draw far more viewers than NO-Indy. The Favre-Manning matchup would be the most-hyped contest perhaps in NFL history. -
ZombieKillerGreen Bay is an average team. It's pretty easy to be a "good team" when you play Detroit and Chicago two times a year.

IggyPride00Roger Goodell's wet dream is to have Favre Bowl III in the NFC playoffs, and then have the Vikings make the Super Bowl as typically where Favre goes ratings follow.
Manning vs. Favre in a Super Bowl would be such a monster rating, as a 40 year old Favre sniffing anywhere near a SB when he was essentially out of football and washed up a year ago would be a huge storyline. -
royal_kGotta agree with a Manning vs. Favre matchup being through the roof ratings wise. It would have so many story lines and interest from every sports fan.

So Minnesota is only a good team than also. When the time comes I dont think GB would make it. But if they played next week, I would take GB over NO and probably over the Vikings as well. Neither of those teams is playing well at all, and GB is playing very well.ZombieKiller wrote: Green Bay is an average team. Of course, Id take Philly out of the 4. -
hoops23Neither Indy nor NO are going to the Super Bowl..
It's going to be San Diego in the AFC... Not too sure about the NFC yet.
