    Yep.

3-2 loss, unless the Rangers score more here in the bottom of the 8th.

So when does the "sit Frazier" talk start?

He's hitting .238 and has been stuck at 37 RBI since June 17th.
  • Azubuike24
Mesoraco, Robinson, Choo, Cozart, Votto in the 9th...there's a chance. Nathan isn't unhittable anymore...

Have you looked at our backup SS and 3B lately? 2 of the worst bench players ever.

It is possible to make a trade, azu.
  • Azubuike24
Oh I don't disagree man...I'm just saying. We've seen what happens when Izturis and Hannahan start. It's bad news from the get go. At least Cozart and Frazier do things right about 20% of the time.

Fay seemed to think yesterday that 3b is something they'll look for then Frazier in left some.

I saw rumors of that. It shows you exactly what they think about getting anything from Ludwick this year...

    Aramis Ramirez, please.

One of the more underrated players we've had the past few years was Miggy Cairo. He could start 10 games at 3rd when Frazier struggled, and play well.

We don't have that player this year.
  • Azubuike24
While true, until last year when Cairo had a .212 OBP in 150 at-bats. Even worse, he was paid 1.25 million to do so.
  • Azubuike24
Good at-bat by Meso, even if they ran that down. At GABP that might be a gapper. He hung in against 3 straight tough curves, and worked it to 2-2.

    So predictable.

This team won't beat good teams..they'll just continue to beat up on the Cubs and Brewers on their way to a wild card berth and first round exit (again).

    Quoted for truth.

No the arguments are ok....the amount of talk is so low.

The team isn't fun to watch. What are you expecting?

Yeah....but even when they are I'll have 18 posts out of 22 during a game.

The Indians threads are pitiful as well. This is not a baseball site at all....the first couple summers of this place you could have a good Reds thread nearly every night.

Lol what? We have 200+ post threads when the team is doing well.
  • Azubuike24
Lets face it. We've had some game threads that go for 30 pages. Some of them barely make it out of the first. I started one last weekend when the game was literally in the 8th inning. Still gotta start them!

Myself personally, have changed it up over the last week, listening on the radio and not posting as much in these threads. Call it superstition. Whatever.

There just are so few of us.....the good thing is we all bring our own thing with some quality to it.

I hate when people do that. Lol

I hate to be a fuck nugget but there hasn't been a single Reds thread go to 200.....a couple came pretty close and about 5-7 over 100 but mainly the Cardinals, Indians or Buccos. There have been more threads not make it to 50 than those that did (maybe could say that with 40) More threads under 25 than over 100.

Meant in the past few years on this site.

It's not our fault the Reds are fucking frustrating to watch this year; thus, the low thread numbers.

It was very similar last year that's why I joined another site to talk Reds stuff and comment on game threads.....I like the sense of people here but a lot more action there (but there is a lot of dumb stuff)

I'll stay active with the Reds on here (others leaving or whatever has caused a lack of action...and I don't want to be one of the problems )...but regardless of my past I won't just talk to myself either.
