  They want to put one in though. That's one of the things the franchise wants with the Wrigley upgrades. However, the owners of the buildings with the rooftop seats are pretty pissed about the idea because it's probably going to hinder the view.

  Whatever the case...I hope they figure it out and can come to an agreement. The Cubs' owner has said that he's not opposed to moving the Cubs out of Wrigley Field if they can't come to an agreement, and I think that would suck worse than anything else.
