Yes indeed, and I don't think the great play that BP made is illustrated in the textbook! Give the Cubs credit for making the Reds make the play.

He was out, but I'll take it.

Hate to see Cingrani have to go back to Louisville.

Root for Mike Leake's next 2 starts to be 15-12 Reds wins...

The Reds are all pulling outside low pitches and making easy ground outs....and aren't even thinking about working the count. Horrible Dustyball so far.

Kiss my 3 game streak goodbye.

Bruce basically gets a 4 pitch walk. Then Frazier swings at the first pitch. Thats shit you learn in pony league. Stupid.
  • Azubuike24
Not yet. Carlos Marmol is still available. You don't always have to swing to beat him.

Get to him and I like the Reds chances to just get 1. Have to hold it at 1 though...

Gotta battle this SP in the 8th too. Get him outta there.

Corky legging that out...was painful to watch.
  • Ironman92
    Yikes....

    Home to 1st for Corky....4.74

    Parra...

    Cozart needs some time off..brutal.

Cozart, votto, Phillips 1-24 in series
  • wildcats20
    Piss poor from Cozart

Guys, this is a joke. The Dusty nut-lickers need to pay attention.

First off, he keeps Parra in to face Soriano, a guy who KILLS righties and one of the 4 guys on their WHOLE TEAM who can homer.

Then, he leaves him in to face ANOTHER righty.

This is madness. He's completely mis-managing this inning. This isn't just conjecture...it's obvious. Im dumbfounded (well, not really, because it's Dustball).
  • Azubuike24
...and BTW, I don't care if he gets out of the inning unscathed. It's the WRONG MOVE.
  • Ironman92
Should've been 2 errors on that play by Cozy.

DeJesus came in to pinch run and he and BP seem pretty tight....answers my question from yesterday.

There are dusty nutlickers??? Who. They must be ratards.

Anyway,Fay said the bullpen was gonna be short tonight. But I'd still have used chapman since he was warm. Parra should only be used it blowout games. He looked good tonight but has been awful.

A 2-1 game and you go to PARRA? With Chapman and Broxton sitting?

Maybe there aren't Dusty nut-lickers, but there are many, many media members who are watching what we are, and refuse to write or say anything criticizing him. I mean it is blatantly the WRONG move.
  • Midstate01
You have to bunt cozart here

    I'm with you here.

Good move. Guarantees that Bruce bats if they choose to not face Joey....

Marmol...Joey owes his ass BIG TIME.

Not with Phillips and a possible dp
  • Azubuike24
Don't jinx it...but yeah, BP is hugely DP prone...

You're forgetting BP's propensity for hitting into the DP.
