  Stepping out of bounds isn't the penalty per say, it was his catching the ball after going out that was the penalty. And stepping out of bounds is reviewable. Illegal contact is not.

  This game is very similar to a Jim Tressel called game... Defense is stellar .... But the offense is like this: Run, Run, Pass, Punt ... Run, Run, Pass , Punt, ..... Run. SCREEN PLAY, Pass, Field Goal..... Bratkowski please resign at halftime

  That goes to show what you know...... Bengals offense is good when and ONLY when Bratkowski isn't so predictable.... Benson will finish w/ 1300 Yards & Carson over 3,000 Yards and Chad w/ over 1,000 of those. Coach Brat just calls terrible games like this one today... You look at the Bears, Chargers games and you just wonder why don't they open it up like that EVERY game
