Do All of Our NFL Teams Stink?

  • Ironman92
    For the most part?

My Steelers stink and are terrible on defense. 9-7 may sneak a playoff spot but they would be one and done if they could even muster that. No defensive pressure, injuries to key players....just don't see it.

I won't speak for the fans of other teams on here...speak for your team. bigdaddy and the dude who likes the Falcons might be alone.

The Bengals are freaking awful. Way too inconsistent, no run game, terrible secondary. They've needed a RB for years and have never gotten anyone who is very good. Hopefully Dre Kirkpatrick helps the secondary, but the safeties are below average.

Titans are pretty terrible, but did beat the Steelers whoo hoo

Blaine Gabbert is the worst QB in the NFL, and I'd go as far as saying my Jags are the worst team.
  • GoChiefs
Browns are Super Bowl bound. Obviously they don't suck.

Cowboys aren't awful but they sure are far from great.

    Jets stink, for sure.

Didn't know we had a Titans fan.

Actually, the Jets are now in first place. Super Bowl!

    They're also in last place

The whole AFC North. Ravens losing Ray Lewis and Ladarius Webb for the year? Webb for sure with a torn ACL, Lewis with a torn tricep. The Ravens still won today and should take the division, but still. It's going to be tough being without arguably 3 of the top 5 players on defense. Suggs was already down.

Actually, the entire AFC is pretty much wide open. Besides the Texans and Ravens (thus far), show me a good team? Chargers lose tomorrow and that's 2 out of 16 teams over .500. The NFC has 7.

    Wrong.

    2-0 in the division.

There will be at least 2 not-so-impressive teams in the AFC playoffs this year.

    Packers stink, so yes.

11 wins will probably get you the top seed.

I didn't look at the tiebreakers, I was just saying it because everyone is 3-3

I heard they also lost Ngata to a partially torn MCL?

I don't know anything for sure but he was in and out a lot today.

Might be wrapped up with 2 weeks to play.

I didn't hear anything about the Ravens' players as far as how long they are out. I doubt Ngata is out because he played most of the 2nd half. If Lewis and Webb are both out than the Ravens better hope Suggs is able to come back soon. MRIs are scheduled for Lewis and Webb tomorrow. I don't see anything about Ngata so I think he is good.

...and if it's not enough, the Packers, a team fighting for an NFC playoff spot...are destroying the AFC's best squad.

Nah, Packers have just had some tough breaks. They'll be fine.

Webb is done for the year with a torn ACL and Ngata has a sprained MCL.

Sounds like the Lewis injury is possibly season-ending. At least a 6-week injury...but unless he has surgery he might be able to patch it up and play through pain. A torn tricep though? As a linebacker, given the nature of having to grab, pull and tackle, this would be a bitch to tolerate.

The Ravens D is already very suspect, I'm not sure they can recover from this. The Bengals are terrible and the Steelers look terrible. Wouldn't be surprised if the North winner has 9-10 wins and everyone is within 3 games of first.
  • bigdaddy2003
Yeah, the Ravens' D is missing Suggs real bad. A sprained MCL must not be that bad because Ngata played the majority of the 2nd half (even got a sack) and none of the Ravens' media outlets even mention it. Lewis being out is kind of bad but they will miss Webb more. I sure hope Suggs is able to come back soon. I think they will get past 9 wins but not sure how many.
