  Sometimes I wonder if Welsh is paying attention. Midway through Chapman's inning he said: "Chapman is throwing a little slower today 95,96,97 and not reaching 100 mph"
  
  He had reached it at least 2-3 times before he said that and he reached 101 mph by the time he ended his sentence.
