  Yeah, I figured he was garbage judging from his ERA in Colorado or wherever he came from...
  
  They said he had very good stuff, just lacked consistency. His K/9 is ridiculous though. He's definitely showcased some potential. He throws a 96 MPH heater and follows it up with a 84 MPH breaking ball w/o changing arm speeds.
