Kobe beats the Bucks at the buzzer

I can't be that much an idiot when I understand how the NBA generally works over the course of an 82-game season. Don't get ticked at me for exposing something when it's an apples-apples situation. Kobe, once again, came through in the clutch.

Doesn't change the fact that they shouldn't. The Cavs struggled with the Sixers tonight and they shouldn't have. I think the Lakers are the best team in the league, I just want to see how they do on the road and I was surprised this one was as close as it was.
And listen to you anyways, you get on Cavs threads and post some bullshit when they lose to or struggle against teams they shouldn't. Meanwhile, I'm ALWAYS the one that says "oh well, it happens".

I have read, but not buying it. You let your intentions known from the beginning, and got burned when cview first exposed you, and then yours truly. If you really want your point across, be consistent/congruent.

To be honest, I don't get on the Cavs threads all that much. When I do, it's simply to educate when someone states something that just isn't solid.

LMAO, you are pathetic. Nobody exposed me, and wtf are you talking about anways--what is it that I was trying to say since you know better that I do?

You don't get on Cavs threads much...BAHAHA!! Funniest thing I've heard all night.

And it's it weird that ESPN just put this up: since LeBron's rookie year he leads the league in FG's made in the last 24 seconds of a one possession game. Kobe is 3rd behind LeBron and Vince Carter.

And since I clearly have some other motive for saying what I said, I might as well run with it since you're not going to take what I say for what it is anyways. Kobe shouldn't have even had the chance to win the game, he definitely got away with a charge and a travel on the play before.

Jake, in all fairness, Kobe did miss the GW shot at the end of regulation..

"I told him, `Why did you keep us waiting?' You had the same situation at the end of regulation," Lakers coach Phil Jackson said. "Really, he wasted a whole half-hour of our lives. I just don't understand that boy sometimes."

    LOL!

This is my 157th post. A great majority are Laker threads. About the only "Cavs" thread I commented much on was the Cavs-Grizz game stating why even when the Dancing Queen has a "great line" they still lose.

Trueblue, I realized he missed the one in regulation. He redeemed himself when it counted most.

29 out of 30 NBA Coaches would want the ball in Kobe Bryants hand with the game on the line. The only one that probally wouldn't is Mr Potato Head but look at his offensive scheme and its no wonder.

Funny how you ignored the comment about the charge and travel as well...

I did see the line of Dancing Queen 23, Vinsanity 22, and Kobe at 21. I wonder, if we break it down, how many were under 5 seconds left(or simply buzzer-beaters) leading teams to Ws?

I think the better information in that piece on ESPN would be how many shots have been taken and made. I have no idea who is better but that would be a better indicator. If LBJ has made 2 ore and has the same FG% or better than Kobe in that situation then he has the better stats in that category, period........and Im a Kobe fan!

Kobe did get away with one on that last play too. I can admit it. However I have seen many plays where LBJ and lots of others have as well. Heck LBJ put out the Wizards a few years ago with multiple plays that were illegal. Me personally, I wouldn't give a game to a team looking for the charge on a late play. Im not saying Im right for that opinion, just that it is my opinion. Refs are known for swallowing their whistles late in games.

^The plays LeBron made against the Wizards were legal. The one where he drove baseline is the biggest question mark but if you see it from the right angle (which isn't the one they show most of the time) he clearly dribbled and also didn't go out of bounds. I know LeBron gets calls too--I have no problem with star players getting calls, I've always said that. It's a business before anything and they make the money. The one Kobe got away with was about as blatant as it gets though. But kudos to him for making the shot that he did get the chance to take.
