  According to Lowe, Baker has been instructing his pitchers to throw at Lowe for the past five years.

  I agree with Lowe.....the first pitch Lowe faced he was backing out before the release, he new it was coming at him. I thought it was a retaliation for Valdez's slide the prior half inning.

  Baker said he told Latos to "buzz him." He didn't tell him to hit him specifically. Guess we'll have to wait to see what the league thinks.
