  If the French couldn't find reason to strip Lance of his titles, I don't think this agency is going to be able to do anything.

  It's good to see them Using government money to go after an athlete who is pretty much retired and is a role model and hero to many. Who cares if he cheated now it's over and there is nothing to be gained.
