I'm not a huge fan of his, but after hearing him tear apart Skip, my opinion got a little better lol

People that spewed the crap that Orlando was "miles better" than the Cavs the year we won 65 games need to watch Cuban's annihilation piece 10 times in a row and fuckin learn.

The Cavs were THE BETTER TEAN THAT year....but didn't win it....because in sports....THE BEST TEAM DOESN'T ALWAYS WIN.

Had nothing to do with matchups...had nothing to do with coaching...had nothing to do with having "a bad supporting cast". It had everything to do with one team playing above their station and another playing below their station.

Skip Bayless' nonsense that "Miami played harder" is the same old shit that permeates sports talk shows and sport blog sites.

Absolutely loved Cuban's pwnage of Skip Bayless....the total epitamy of worthless sports journalism.

Yeah, it was pretty much me and 4 other 5th graders across America that liked Magic.....and no one but me outside of Chicago liked the Bulls.

I'm sorry but this is wrong. Orlando was a horrible match up for Cleveland with their pick and roll offense and the amount of knock down shooters they had. Couple that with Dwight Howard who dominated the paint and you have what we call a bad match up. Lebron averaged 38,10 and 9 that series, but they couldn't stop Orlando.

Just re-read your post and couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic or not.

This wasn't nearly as bad as Skip's ownage.

I still think the majority of the country will continue to "hate" on Lebron

Look at NBA history. NBA championship teams are typically littered with multiple great players. If Lebron didn't have Bosh and Wade, he wouldnt have beat the Thunder. Ask Charles Barkley how easy it is to win a championship on your own

    The 'Skip Bayless" analysis...

So...the Cavs didn't beat "pick and roll" offenses all season? Secondly, the Cavs were a better shooting team than Orlando during the regular season that year.

People forget that an unfortunate bounce off of Delonte in game 4...inside of a minute to play...on the road..prevented a game 7 in Cleveland where the Cavs were 40 and 1 in the regular season. One unfortunate bounce of the ball....and hence the Cavs most likely would have advanced. But no...."it was a horrible match up". LMAO.

Yup...the Skip Baylisses of the world will tell you the same crap...."bad matchup...blah...blah blah".

If it was such a "horrible match up", as you parrot from the ESPN Baylesses of the world, why did Vegas install the Cavs as a full 5 to 1 favorites before that series started? Are oddsmakers that stupid?

The Cavs loss was one of the biggest upsets in sports history. Nothing more..nothing less than that. Like the oddsmakers stated...the Cavs win that series 5 out of 6 times. Unfortunately, the team played way below their station...for that given series.

Sometimes...the best team loses. Sports happens. That was one of the points Cuban clearly hammered home.

Again, my point is that those people that hated on Lebron before he won a title will continue to do so after he won a title.

And they will only look more irrational as they change their argument to fit their agenda when their original argument no longer works.

I wouldn't be anti-Lebron so much if he played on any other team besides the Heat. I never use to mind Wade but lately he's become such a whiney bitch.

+1. I used to like Pat Riley too, but I have a hard time believing there wasn't a bit of tomfoolery (aka tampering) going on behind the scenes before the decision.
  • jordo212000
Smh at people still whining or suggesting 'tampering' was going on. So weak

My original argument was that he's a huge douche. I think it still works.

smh at you pretending to be so naive that no tampering was done.

Let it go. Just let it go. 'Tampering' or no tampering it would not have effected what ended up happening. It was a no brainier for all of them. They didn't need Pat Riley's greasy hair to tell them that

If you come into your room and your g/f is getting railed by some dude, you should let it go, right? Because regardless of you coming home or not, it was a no brainer for her to bang some other dude.
  • DeyDurkie5
I don't consider it tampering at all. The issue here is the wording.

How is that anything like 3 big athletes deciding to play together?

    So so desperate.

    So desperate for what?

I'm not complaining about tampering, but IF there was tampering involved, it shouldn't go unnoticed. I believe it's a severe and punishable rule within the NBA. You can't just ignore rules/laws just because it benefits you.

And just so you know, I don't care. It is what it is.

You on the other hand, seem to be another butt hurt LBJ/Heat bandwagoner who is getting pissy because people aren't bowing down and worshiping the Heat title.

Bandwagoning is a sign of mental weakness. Jumping from winning team to winning team or only supporting the best players shows you can't handle adversity and always have to have things your way.

I don't take anything bandwagoners say seriously. As soon as you give me a sob story about why you like teams from different states/areas, I just laugh. Nobody gives a fuck.
  • wes_mantooth
I thought I would hate the heat winning the title, but I just don't care. The officiating, the flopping and David stern have made me really not give a shit about the NBA. I will still try to support the cavs but honestly....it is the worst of all the sports I follow
