    When they have a productive week practicing, they are active for the game and they get a good amount of playing time.

    Robiskie was the, supposed, most NFL ready WR in the last draft, and he is just now finally seeing time because he can't be consistent in practice.
    This is what I was guessing the situation was. I wonder why his practices are so poor. Do you think it is a lack of effort? Concentration? or Effort?....or maybe all 3....

    oops I meant effort, concentration, or lack of skill...

    I understand if he's not working hard in practice, but, in the midst of a 2-win season you would think as a coach you would give every guy on the roster (especially, every YOUNG guy) his shot at playing time. These kinds of seasons are great proving grounds to see if you "got what it takes."
