Would Laettner be the homo for dick slapping or would someone imagining how much fun he would have doing it be the homo?

Chuck was at his best around that time....a complete matchup nightmare.

Laettner had pristine timing of being an outstanding college player who just guided his team to 2 National Titles

Laettner 24 and 11 while holding shaq to a season low 15

Read my post a little closer without the blue goggles on.

I'd like to see this. Hopefully its replayed somewhere not on NBATV.

Yeah, pretty good so far. Kinda funny Chuck prolly threw that first scrimage.
  • wildcats20
I think it was the ESPN segment they did on the DT the other day where it talked about Chuck Daly stopping that scrimmage against the college guys when they were losing to show the team that they weren't unbeatable. Hell of a coaching move.

I was 14 back in '92 so I obviously remember the Dream Team and watched them play in those Olympics. Shit was like The Avengers (if you added Batman, Spiderman, Superman) but in real life. All those superstars coming together was incredible.
  • Midstate01
I was only 10. But I remember it. I remember the opening ceremonies and everything.
  • chicago510
I was 4, wish I was older when it happened. That's why this is awesome.
  • ptown_trojans_1
The scrimmage in Monte Carlo was sick. Michael vs. Magic. Magic's commentary was awesome.

I remember various portions of the team. I was 8 and it was my first real memory in detail of the NBA and its players.
  • Iliketurtles
I was 6 the only thing I really remember was them beating the shit out of everyone. That team was just insane and there is no way the Olympic team of today would be within 10 points of them.
  • killer_ewok
I really enjoyed watching that. Good stuff.
  • Laley23
Watching the replay now. Had no clue MJ didnt want to play and was trying to think of a way to get out of it lol.
  • Laley23
lol. The Dream Team was ridiculous. The worst player (aside from Laettner) was Chris Mullen, Part of the legendary Run-TMC, arguably the best shooter of all time and who scored over 18,000 points in the NBA.

EDIT: This is in terms of overall careers. Not at the time of the '92 games.

Thought the best part was when she was talking to the lady with Dream Team shirt on.
