  Reason #3, added to Brantley's two as to why Heisey's HR total is down is the pitchers have learned to not throw it in his wheel house in the up and in part of the strike zone! In this AB he missed his pitch on the 1st or 2nd 2-2 pitch, and was wiped out by perfectly placed fastballs right on the low outside corner on the 1-2 pitch and the 3rd 2-2 pitch.
