sportchamppsI think LeBron goes all out during the regular season while most NBA players go 75-80%. When the playoffs come the rest of the league steps up and LeBron is tired.

He only played 66 something games this season compared to the 82 usually played.sportchampps;1175614 wrote:I think LeBron goes all out during the regular season while most NBA players go 75-80%. When the playoffs come the rest of the league steps up and LeBron is tired.
Might want to come up with a better excuse. -

I'm not saying he's tired at all because everyone played the same schedule, but you do know they played 66 games in almost two months of a shorter span, right? Please tell me the last time teams played games on three straight nights or 5 games in 7 nights. -
hoops23Also LOL at LBJ "going all out" during the regular season.

sportchamppsCompared to other NBA players LBJ does go all out in the regular season. About 75% of the league doesn't even get in shape until a third of the way thru the season or later. If you watched this year you saw players like Kevin Garnett look like he barley had a one inch vertical and couldnt get a shot off or anyone. The playoffs start and boom Garnett is back to being his oldself. They played 16 less games in 2 less months making this season harder they previous seasons on the players bodies. Look at all the injurys. I'm not making any excuses for LeBron if anything I think he overhyped because he doesn't have an extra playoff gear like a lot of the great NBA players. LeBron can't match his regular season because the other players are stepping up and he staying the same. Have you watched a regular season NBA game that isn't a primetime game. If you watch a late night regular season game it's sloppy with little effort until the 4th quarter. The playoffs are full go for four quarters.

You are absolutely crazy if you think LeBron goes 100% during every regular season game. The Heat in general never really went full gear in the regular season. Why do you think their defense was playing better in the postseason until Bosh went down?sportchampps;1175945 wrote:Compared to other NBA players LBJ does go all out in the regular season. Kevin Garnett is eight years older than LBJ, so that's a tough comparison to use. Perhaps ten years ago, he's a different player throughout the regular season. The Celtics were also playing great basketball (perhaps best in the east) a couple of weeks before seasons end -- they were hardly in "sloppy" mode.sportchampps;1175945 wrote:Compared to other NBA players LBJ does go all out in the regular season.
