I was at the game earlier in the season against Toronto when Ubaldo took one into the 6th or 7th... I was getting a little excited. I've been to a ton of games and that's the one thing I've yet to see.sportchampps;1160864 wrote:always fun to watch a no hitter its my goal to see one in person but the odds have to be slim -
chicago510Weaver also has a hell of a salad on that head.
-
dazedconfusedit'd be pretty cool to witness a no-hitter in person
-
sleeperPretty sad, in order to get people to talk about baseball, hitters have to throw a game to give someone a no-hitter.

That umpire was a joke. Nothing against Weaver, he was, well, unhittable. But I watched from the 5th inning on, and that strike zone was just ridiculous. Letter high Ks, wrap around curves. Outside pitches. To his credit, nothing low, even in the zone, was a strike. And he was consistent I guess. But it was one of the worst strike zones Ive ever seen. Harold Reynolds on MLB Network was arguing his balls and strikes pretty rigorously haha.
You see them cut to his dad after out #27? "He fucking did it!!!" I lol'dchicago510;1160863 wrote:Cool that his mom and dad are there. -
