IliketurtlesAnybody else put some money on the C's tonight? I normally don't bet basketball but I felt them at +8 was too good to pass up.

Ironman92If it looks like a good bet....it's probably already fixed.
Heat will cover....though Boston winning would bring some huge closing games. Davey might like that. -
wildcats20Sooooo Chris Bosh's masseuse died at Bosh's home Monday morning....

mallymal614Right now The Celtics/Heat series reminds me so much of the Celtics/Cavs one a couple years ago during LeBron's final season with Cleveland. Remember when the Cavs seem to be in control of the series early, went up 2-1, and was tied heading back to Cleveland for Game 5? Next thing you know the Celtics CRUSHED the Cavaliers and the NBA world was wondering what was going on. Now fast forward to 2012. The East favorite is heading home again tied with the Celtics for game 5. Deja Vu?

mallymal614I am not shocked with what is going on with the Spurs. While people were jumping on the bandwagon, I wasn't sold. For one the Jazz and Clippers aren't all that great. Another is I looked at history the past decade or so and teams who get off to a hot start in the playoffs folded late. Cleveland won their first 8 games in 2009, Miami started 8-0 in 2005, Orlando 8-0 in 2010, etc. Then I think of some of the teams who won it all and the tough rounds they were in. I guess it makes them more battle tested, as oppose to a team who never faced adversity and struggle with it when they do.

That crossed my mind as well, but it is more wishful thinking on my part. Celtics should be up 3-1. -

Haha yeah thats how i felt too.... still i couldnt help but throw some money down on it. I also put $25 on the C's to win straight up +340 sounded pretty good lol.Ironman92;1189369 wrote:If it looks like a good bet....it's probably already fixed.
