  Marty says Votto went for the sure force out -- looked pretty risky to me! When he started to throw that way I envisioned a throw into LF! I would have thought the play would be to keep the tying run off of 1B.

  His loss of sight continued thru his try for the force out at 2nd, then hopefully the clouding of his decisions ended after that. But, we'll have to see as this week's games play out! But after that it may have to be attributed to just not thinking well in the heat of the play!

  Pretty sure mhs must have played in the major leagues. He could find something wrong with turning an unassisted triple play.
