Fantasy Football Week 15

gorocks99First week of the playoffs for me, I win and I'm in the money (four team playoff, top 2 get paid). We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def.
My team:
QB: Rodgers, Sanchez
RB: Forsett, Moats, Moreno, F. Jackson, Buckhalter
WR: Fitzgerald, Moss, Holmes, Sims-Walker, Knox
TE: J. Finley
K: Gostkowski
DEF: Houston (assuming I get them off the waiver wire for this week)
His team:
QB: Favre, Palmer
RB: Jones-Drew, Mendenhall, Ganther, Bradshaw
WR: R. White, C. Johnson, Houshmandzadeh, Crabtree, Harvin, Nicks, Royal
TE: Gonzalez
K: Akers
DEF: Pittsburgh
I think I'm screwed. My only hope is, most of my players are playing against bad teams (Fitzgerald vs Detroit, Moreno vs Oakland, Forsett vs Tampa Bay, Moss vs Buffalo). -
King CurtisESPN runs their playoff system on a 2 week head to head matchup. Next week will start the championship round.
I have 4 teams playing for in the hunt for championships.

My Team:
QB- Manning and Manning
RB- Adrian Peterson, Pierre Thomas, Cadillac Williams, Chris Wells and Quinton Ganther
WR- Wes Welker, Steve Smith, Robert Meachem, Lee Evans, Percy Harvin and Miles Austin

WR- Roddy White, Randy Moss, Hines Ward and Steve Breaston
TE- Antonio Gates and Visanthe Shiancoe
K- Ryan Longwell and John Carney
DEF- Minnesota and San Fransisco
I am pretty sure he wont beat me by 42 this week so that team is almost a lock to make it to the Championship round. -

-
hoops23In my ESPN league I commish, this week is our semi-finals...
16 team league, 8 made the playoffs..
I beat the #6 seed this past week by 35.
Now I'm up against the #2 seed, who I beat during the regular season. Hopefully I can do it again. One more win and I'm in the championship playing for A LOT of money...
I have
QB- Tom Brady
RB- Ray Rice
RB- Ricky Williams (or Frank Gore, but I'm sticking with Ricky I think)
WR- Marques Colston
WR- Devery Henderson or Lee Evans?
TE- John Carlson
D/ST- New Endglad or Houston
K- Rob Bironas
He has
QB- Tony Romo
RB- Ryan Grant
RB- Jerious Norwood
WR- DeSean Jackson
WR- Mohamed Massaquoi/or Antonio Bryant.. Not real sure with who he is going with yet, started MoMass last 2 weeks..
TE- Brent Celek
D/ST- Washington
K- Dan Carpenter -
WaltAnyone else sweating the Colts? I have Peyton Manning, Joseph Addai, and Reggie Wayne. I'm afraid they're going to sit this week or next... right in the middle of our playoffs. I'm the #2 seed... but without them I'll get killed.

Fab1bQuestion fellas: Should I start Amhad Bradshaw NYG vs Was or Freddie Jackson Buf vs NE as my flex? Jackson has been solid since I picked up him a few weeks ago Bradshaw is hit and miss. Semifinals for me this week.
-
Nate
My gut says Jackson.Fab1b wrote: Question fellas: Should I start Amhad Bradshaw NYG vs Was or Freddie Jackson Buf vs NE as my flex? Jackson has been solid since I picked up him a few weeks ago Bradshaw is hit and miss. Semifinals for me this week. -
charliehustle14I have:
QB: Warner
RB: Gore
RB: Charles
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Miles Austin
WR: Harvin (if he can't go, I'll play Devery Henderson)
TE: Zach Miller
DEF: Denver
K: Akers
He has:
QB: P Manning
RB: Maroney
RB: Reggie Bush
WR: Reggie Wayne
WR: Sydney Rice
WR: Austin Collie
TE: Vernon Davis
K: Lindell
DEF: Indy
I think my season is coming to an end this week. He's the #1 seed and has beat me twice this year.
I'm also tempted to start Alex Smith at QB to cancel Vernon Davis, who has destroyed me both times I've had to play him. But Warner is going against Detroit so I better stay with him since he has carried my team for a lot of the season. -
Fab1b
I have Jackson in there now, just wanted to get some thoughts.Keebler wrote:

gorocks99I gotta decide F Jackson vs NE, Moats vs StL, Sims-Walker vs Indy, or Buckhalter vs Oakland for my flex spot. Three weeks ago Sims-Walker was a no-brainer, but the injury has slowed him down a lot.
-
Fab1b^Jackson maybe your best play but Moats against that weak STL D will make you consider that too!!
-
Nate
you have a great shot since the Colts are talking about sitting players already.charliehustle14 wrote: I have:

Exactly ... I have Jackson in there now but Moats has proven he can have big weeks against bad defenses, and St Louis is almost as bad as they come.Fab1b wrote: ^Jackson maybe your best play but Moats against that weak STL D will make you consider that too!! -

Yeah that's my only hope. I'm very thankful that Denver's D is going against a Charlie Frye-led Oakland offense....that could save me, also.Keebler wrote:

I definitely am. I have Peyton, without him, I have no chance. I'm not really worried about this week, but next week(which would be my Championship game if I make it) really scares me.Anyone else sweating the Colts? ZWICK 4 PREZDo I start Hightower vs Detroit, Lynch vs the Pats, or Roddy White vs the Jets in my flex?
Hightower sounds like a better option but he shares too much with Beanie.
