Same, schedule was switched up this week at work so I was able to catch some ST games in the past couple afternoons. Ready for my Redlegs to start playin some ball!

Spring training doesn't do it for me.

I need actual games, box scores, highlights, milestones and debate.

Same. I loved going down for practices, but ST games are meaningless to me.

Is it bad that I am loong forward to 3 things this year?

    1. Opening Day. Cause no matter how shitty the club is, how bad I think they will be, the Tribe opener is always amazing for me.
    2. Trading Deadline. To see who the Tribe unloads (hopefully Pronk and Grady), and if someone who the Tribe isnt going to keep is having a monster year see what prospects we can get for them.
    3. Last day of the season. So I can stop putting myself through the pain of watching/checking online for the game results, despite the constant Ls that pile up. And so I can begin hope the the Tribe will do something in the offseason to get my hopes up.

Can't wait. The weather this week has me thinking about sitting outside on a warm summer night w/ a beer and a hot dog, looking at the green grass and perfect infield.

Kinda sad. I am one of those that still enjoy baseball whether or not my team is in it.....though having the flippin Cardinals rally to make the postseason and then rally insanely to win the WS was unbearable.

Opening day is always one of the best days of the year for me. I make a point to tape the Tribe if I'm not going to be home. Haven't had a chance to make it to Opening Day but it's on my to-do list.

I still do kinda. It just sucks when your team is out. Also sucks when I dont have the money for the MLB Package and I dont get ANY other teams to watch. I just cant take Sox/Yanks/Phils/etc. I actually am looking forward to some Rays being on TV (of course....versus NYY and BOS) Detroit, etc. Fantasy also helps, but again...I cant usually watch those teams. Id love to be able to watch Kershaw and Lincecum do battle. But that game isnt ever going to be on in Toledo. Its just, annoying if nothing else.

I am not a baseball fan, but there is almost nothing better than driving home (I drive a lot for work) on a spring/summer evening and hearing Tom Hamilton call a baseball game.

Any places that you know of that have the MLB package around here? Sucks getting out of work at 11 and wanting to have a beer and watch a game and all that is on is a Tigers replay.

As for the season, I am not ready for it yet. Still in basketball mode(which I pretty much am year round).

Ok fair is fair...sometimes when I am far enough south I can pick up a Reds game on WLW.

I just watched Moneyball for the first time last night, and I am very ready for some baseball.

I know Ralphies did last year. Not sure if they will again. They dont have the NBA Package this season, but I dont think they ever have. Thats about it, that I know of now. Last year I was in Perrysburg, so that was only option. Im sure Ill explore a bit more this summer for some games.
