Lakers @ Heat - Thursday 8ish
-
wildcats20First real marquee game of the season IMO.
Will D Wade play? I think even if he doesn't, the Heat win by 12. -
gerb131I will probably watch the 2nd half.
-
sleeperI hope the Lakers win.
This may be the only time I say that. -
sleeperLooks like Lebron went home sick. Won't play tonight either.
-
Fly4FunI hope a giant sink hole forms engulfing both teams and for some odd reason all the Celtics are there in attendance too.
Nah, I am really not that bitter, but I hate how NBA is too much like baseball... all about a few franchises and the rest really don't matter. At least in the NFL, every franchise matters and has a shot of turning it around despite years of ineptitude (I'm looking at your Detroit). -
wildcats20Aww Baby Bron Bron is sick.
As Stephen A Smith said "Kobe would play." -
karen lotzOklahoma City is the most storied franchise in all of sport.
-
robj55Bron needs to play, sick or not

I guess that leaves Joel "the stud MVP" Anthony to have to carry the team by himself.wildcats20;1058837 wrote:Aww Baby Bron Bron is sick.

jpake1I might watch this game. As a Heat fan, I've only watched the opening game. I don't care about the regular season, just want to see if they sink or swim in the postseason. If Wade and Bron don't play, not much to watch.

How can you be a fan and not even watch regular season games? Am I missing something here? I don't even have a team and try and watch as many games on league pass as I can.jpake1;1059099 wrote:I might watch this game. As a Heat fan, I've only watched the opening game. Yeah, he said Heat fan. Miami fans have too many fun things to do in South Beach which distract them from games.robj55;1059108 wrote: Am I missing something here? -

Then you missed a very good game when they beat Atlanta in Atlanta without Batman or Robin. smh at not watching them though.jpake1;1059099 wrote:I might watch this game. Don't think the Mavs/Laker game was? Defending champs vs the Lakers, Odom returning to LA.wildcats20;1058429 wrote:First real marquee game of the season IMO. -

Eh, I guess. -
robj55Just saw that Eddy Curry is active and has apparently lost 100 pounds since he last stepped foot on an NBA court, doubt he gets any run tonight though.
-
jpake1Working 65 hours a week sorta gets in the way of watching rather meaningless regular season games. I'd rather make good money tonight than watch a game without superstars. The playoffs will shift my priorities just a bit. SMH at me being a typical Heat fan. I'm not HISPANIC and actually know something about the game.
-
gerb131Lebron will be in the line up tonight I'm sure Miami fans will be out in droves rejoicing.
-
wildcats20This is pathetic.
As was that call. -
wildcats20LeBron continues to run his mouth and McRoberts gets a T???
Ball don't lie you jack fuck. -
karen lotzEasy bro
-
wildcats20I'm OK with the T on McRoberts, he put a forearm in Bron's neck area.
But they just allow Bron to walk up to him, run his mouth and walk away. -
wildcats20Pau is the best 3 point shooter on the Lakers.
And Eddie Curry just scored. I'm turning this off. -
robj55Mike Brown is not a good offensive basketball coach
