Week 11: Cincinnati Bengals (6-3) @ Baltimore Ravens (6-3)

It may not matter, but they need to examine that rule. So fucking dumb.

Won't mean anything if we can't get a stop anyway
• Terry_Tate
Bullshit. Oh well, Bengals are still alright.

Uggh how did we not score there

Can't call any penalties on Baltimore. Two times the hits on Dalton arent legal

Flat out cheated of any chance for Overtime.... JOKE

With the Ravens defense charging so hard, why no runs in the four plays after fist and goal? Should have run the ball on 2nd down. There were 50 sec and 2 time-outs left. Plenty of time to even run it twice!

Pissed more at this shit than last week. We will get Balt back at home.

The nice thing about this game for Bengals fans are that I think you now have an idea that they can beat anyone. I wasn't sold on them, but hanging with Pittsburgh and Bmore is pretty damn good. They are just a couple of players away from being elite.

Did hitting the QB in the head and at the knees rules get suspended for those last 40 seconds? Every Raven defender who has bitched in the past that they get targeted should send Winters and the rest of blind crew an early Christmas bonus.

Beside that, Bengals oline crumbles like a house of cards.

I am confused as to why we couldn't block a 3 man rush. That was pathetic, between that and the bullshit call on the TD Dalton didn't have a chance.

I'm not into moral victories, but coming back from down 31-14 and 2 brutal interceptions shows this isn't the same Cincinnati Bengals. Had they not gotten screwed on the td that may have been a shot to tie it at the end. I had said I thought the Bengals were better than the Ravens, and though the Bengals lost I honestly still believe it. Good thing they still play again so maybe I wont look like an idiot. :) Missing AJ Green really hurt, but Dalton showed he's tough and I think the Bengals still have a great shot at the playoffs.

This. You got to be able to block a 3 man rush.

The offensive line played great all the way up until the last few minutes of the game. Disappointed in the last 2-3 plays of the game.

Like I've said the past few weeks, I am playing with house money. Never expected the team to get things turned around this quickly. I'll be more than fine with an 8-8 season. I like what we are building.

Still... 3 INT's, -2 in the Turnover Ratio... Absolute garbage call in the Endzone & Dalton was still 16yards from sending this game into OT in Baltimore. Kid is showing me a lot & with 15 TD's through 10 games becomes only the 3rd rookie QB to do that other than Marino & Peyton Manning

The Bengals, barring injuries, will be a major contender next year. Shipley coming back. Dalton and Green another year. The defense has some holes, but they will have a great shot in the draft to improve with the extra first round pick.

They need help at corner, safety and offensive line. Possibly running back. Outside of that, it's hard to dislike what we are seeing. Miles ahead of what anyone else expected.

That rule on the Gresham TD is such BS. I can kind of understand why Calvin's TD was overturned because on that he never made a "football move" like they sayso maybe you could make a case he should have to take it to the ground. Gresham had possesion before the goal line then crossed over. The play is dead when the ball breaks the plane.

Hopefully Dunlap is better next week, he was useless. Missing your top offensive player, best corner, and best pass rusher and still hanging in there is pretty impressive. Great QBs will light this secondary up though. Good thing there aren't too many left on the schedule.

Baltimore Sun writer Mike Preston:

The Ravens got some home cooking Sunday. Officials took away Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham’s touchdown catch with 5:43 remaining because they said he didn’t complete the play by allowing the ball to hit the ground. That was a great catch, a great play and it should have been a touchdown. Ravens fans shouldn’t complain about being picked on for the rest of the season after that one.

Good game. Dalton is going to be pretty good.
