20 Years Ago Today

Ironman92Magic Johnson announced his retirement, effective immediately due to contracting the AIDS virus.
My #1 favorite athlete at that time. I didn't cry too often as a teenager....but had a few tears on this one. -

MulvaIt was also 20 years ago today that Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play.

I realize that. Kinda crazy when you think about it though. He basically purchased more life. I mean, good for him that he's not dead, but that sucks for those who can't buy their way out of a death sentence. -
swooshMagic was amazing. To this day, I still don't know who is #2 all time ( Magic, Bird, or LeBron). MJ23 will always be the best.
