Carlos Zambrano....Retired?
-
Ironman92Gave up 5 HR.....left field and team?
-
Ironman92Might be a good 3rd baseman.
-
NNNEveryone shocked by Carlos Zambrano doing something stupid in the heat of the moment, raise your hand.
Yeah...that's what I thought. -
karen lotzDidn't leave the field. Was ejected in the 5th. Freeman and Uggla hit back to back HRs and then he threw 2 at Chipper. I'm watching the replay of the game right now.

I was golfing earlier this evening so I didn't get a chance to watch it live. -
Tiger2003After getting crushed by the Braves then being ejected from the game he cleaned his locker out before the game was over and said I'm retiring. Think it will happen?

davebeen drinking tiger?

bradmaynardCan anyone honestly say that they root for a team that has had a top paid player get thrown out of a game and then just retire? If there is such a thing as a absolute floor for the Cubs, they have to be there. I'm actually laughing right now.
-
ts1227Regardless of if he retires, the Cubs have told him to kindly go fuck himself for the next 30 days

Disqualified List, basically suspended without pay. He can't even contact the team. The GM said this is the most severe thing they could have done short of an outright release. -
gerb131I like Zambrano but dude has some screws loose.

Exactly. Dude's a meltdown waiting to happen every single time he steps foot in a ballpark. -
BR1986FBESPN was talking about him this morning and said that it's possible in the offseason a team, like the Giants, may take him on in a "crappy contract for crappy contract" trade. Said Barry Zito would be the likely piece the Giants could send over.
-
ricolaMaybe he and Milton Bradley ought to get together for some group therapy sessions. The Dolphins' Brandon Marshall could join them.
