never seen Homer have an AB like this.
  • wildcats20
That was one hell of an AB from Homer. Nicely done sir, nicely done.

A couple more runs, and Homer goes the distance.

What if he comes up huge?
  • se-alum
Edgar has been pretty damn good since the AS break, hitting, not fielding.

lol I will go through the TV to Houston and hug him.

That is why you look at stats when compiling a lineup. Edgar haters may not want to look at his stats since he's gotten some regular playing time.

    Kurkjian__ESPN Tim Kurkjian
BREAKING: #Jays trade LHP Jesse Litsch to the Cincinati #Reds for cash or a player to be named later. Confirmed
    I see.

    uuuuuuuh huh

Told yall bout Edgar, knew he'd come around.
  • Ironman92
It's just nice to see a big at bat and someone other than Votto or Hernandez with a plan...bases loaded he didn't like the first pitch didn't offer...was looking for a fastball in pulling zone and never looked back. He has 3 HR off of Wandy....he isn't overly aggressive...like those who struggle off of Wandy.

Edgar can hit 30 more home runs this season and it wouldnt make a difference.

If they were all HR that were game winning RBI it would.

I just re-upped with them because they offered me a year's subscription for $12. I remembered fairly quickly why I wasn't in a hurry to renew it. It's terrible. Borderline unreadable. I just get it mainly for Insider access.

SI is 100x the magazine that Espn is

Jesus, Carlos Lee is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow.
  • Ironman92
Paul Janish at his current confidence level on defense being used as a defensive replacement is like using Ramon Hernandez as a pinch runner.
  • Ironman92
I enjoy the ESPN Magazine...$12 some sports reading material with some humor and variety...good for me. Not a huge SI fan but I'll read 2 or 3 waiting for an appointment.

Excellent job by Heisey sliding to the outer corner where it was going to take the longest time to get the tag to.
