se-alumMost likely, those were followers that add nothing to society. I could care less if Ochocinco has any followers, but to not follow someone because of they book they are reading is stupid. I sometimes read books I don't agree with, just to gain an opposite perspective.

mucalum49I stopped following because he tweeted every 5 seconds. He went from being amusing to real annoying very fast.

Yeah, pretty much on the same level as the people who boycott certain movies because an actor voiced political views they disagree with. Pretty stupid stuff. -

I personally think its different (not that I do it). But not going to see a movie can directly effect that actor's earnings, whereas it probably wont effect ocho cinco if he loses followers -
Little DannyHow can this actually be gauged. Did anyone speak to someone who said "Yeah, I used to follow Chad, but now that he has read Glen Beck I dropped him.". It is very likely someone dropped him because he is no longer relevant.

That ship sailed about 4 years before Twitter blew up. -

I guess you could look at total followers on his page. Sadly I know there is a site you can monitor stats of any ones twitter account. He's actually gained ~150,000 in the past month.Little Danny;840912 wrote:How can this actually be gauged.
