Yeah, I was going to say, there is a better chance of the Cards dealing Rasmus -

C'mon, Cozart is far beyond Janish offensively, and always will be. Cozart doesn't look overmatched at the plate the way Janish does. He has good strike zone awareness, as he has swung at very few bad pitches.mhs95_06;832725 wrote:I'd trade any one on the list except Bruce or Stubbs.
Reasons why I would trade these:
Phillips contract is not very favorable.
Cozart is basking in his ML "honeymoon" and if he went the Reds would still have a very serviceable Janish who is a better defender and I don't think when things balance out there is that much difference in offense.
The fairest for both teams would be Jay for Heisey. It would better balance both team's righty/lefty balance. I like Jay a lot better than Heisey. And it would be good to get Dewitt and drop Lewis so they wouldn't have to carry 5 exclusively OFs. And Dewitt would be the only lefty hitting infielder who could spell starters when righties are on the mound, rather than always having to spell them with the all right handed infielders. There are no lefty hitting middle infielders on even the 40 man roster. -
justincredibleJanish is something like 1-22 in L'ville.

Raking........the infield as a groundskeeper if he don't pick it up.justincredible;833097 wrote:Janish is something like 1-22 in L'ville. -
justincredibleJanish is a career .226/.294/.310/.604 batter. How can you say that Cozart won't exceed that?
-
justincredibleA 62 OPS+. I didn't realize how bad his career numbers were.

Ironman92Janish best career move would be to learn a decent change up and a slider.
He topped my major league career by about 5 HR....most of you guys can't say that.
