Fantasy football win, then loss, then win again

ZWICK 4 PREZI went to bed winning 100-95. Woke up and lost 101-100. They gave New Orleans D a touchdown for Meachems fumble return. That's BS. I know technically it was a change of possession after the INT but if Washingtons D would have returned that for a TD they would have gotten points for it even though they're technically not the defense anymore.

j_crazyI went to bed losing 77-21 woke up tied 77-77. Thank god for Harvin & Warner, I got R. Rice and Baltimore's D going tonight he has Jennings or Driver (I forget), I should win.

Not sure about your league but I would dispute it or submit a stat correction. On yahoo it was recorded as an offensive fumble recovery TD and meachem got credit for the TD, not the New Orleans Defense.ZWICK 4 PREZ wrote: I went to bed winning 100-95. Woke up and lost 101-100. ZWICK 4 PREZOn the box score of the game they list it as defensive recovery though.
This league is on yahoo and it did originally list it as an offensive recovery and stat corrections changed it last night to defensive. -
jmogTechnically, stat records will show it as a defensive fumble recovery, because the second the ball is intercepted the Saints were on defense.
It sucks, but it happens. The Saints D was awarded a fumble recovery and a def TD fantasy wise. -
MrPokeJust checked my league and it was changed in mine as well, kinda BS though.
You're shit out of luck, sorry brah.
I'm sure you're still in first and 12-1 though -
ZWICK 4 PREZNo, I was 8-1 though. I'm 8-5 now and have lost every game while scoring in the 100's.
-
ZombieKillerI was losing by 1 point with Crosby going tonight. I just checked my league and I am winning since the stat change with Meachem. Now I'm 8-5 and the #1 team in the league. Yet I haven't clinched a playoff spot, since I'm only a game up on everyone else.
-
SportsAndLadyWow that sucks..one of the worst types of losses that can happen to you in fantasy..and that's saying a lot because there have been some bad losses.
-
hoops23I just finished the regular season 8-4 and first in my division, which clinched me the #3 seed.
I had to beat the guy who was 1 game behind me in the division this last week of the season to avoid the #7 seed and a berth against the #2 seed... (He would have tied me in the division, but won the tie breaker based on head-to-head)
That was how big of a game this was for me... Now, I face off against the #6 seed which also finished 8-4. -
arnie palmerFeel your pain Zwick. Same thing happened to me with Meachem. I had Rodgers last night and went to bed up 4 points and then check this morning and loose! I was fighting for a playoff spot and now out of it.
-
LeonardoI was losing by 7 going into last night. I gained two points on my opponent, but the New Orleans defense was discredited the said touchdown, so I won by 2. I'm 11-2 (won 8 in a row) now.
-
ZWICK 4 PREZYa I just looked and I now won lol. They took the TD away from NO's D and I won 100-95.. again.
-
Drums of WarI never thought the Browns sucking would benefit me so much. I have Big Ben, Santonio, and Wallace going in my first round of playoffs. Not sure they will all play next week, but I am sure glad I have them this week! I guess I need to hope for the Browns to win it in a Shootout.

That seems more logical.ZWICK 4 PREZ wrote: Ya I just looked and I now won lol. They took the TD away from NO's D and I won 100-95.. again.
