Curtis Granderson or Grady Sizemore?
-
FootwedgeRemenber when this used to inspire a debate?
-
Laley23It still would, then Granderson made adjustments and can rocket balls off lefties. Grady never made a single adjustment his whole career. Granderson completely changed his swing and is now in prime position to go for an MVP award. Too bad Grady is so stubborn.
-
royal_kYeah, this used to be a legit debate. But Laley hit hit on the head. And you throw in Grady's injuries and you have 2 completely different players now.
-
dat dudeI remember those days. Being a Tigers' fan, I always sided with Granderson. Definitely pulled it all together.

HitsRusHow much of that is coaching. Might have to blame Wedge and Shelton. Last year, Grady was hurt, and I'm not sure he's fully recovered. I'm not making excuses for him...just sayin'.
-
WriterbuckeyeAre we discussing who's the better baseball player or who is better at taking pictures of himself in front of a mirror? If it's the latter, Grady wins hands down.
-
kayoHits - You know I like you, man, but you've got to give it a rest. As noted above, Granderson made changes to his swing and it has paid benefits. Had Sizemore's plummet came on the heels of a swing change you would've been all over the coaches (see Brandon Phillips). Sizemore is as lost now as Granderson was early last year - there's no saying he won't get back to where he was.

riders1Granderson, the Grandyman can!
