Lebron MIA

  • BR1986FB
The "cream" (D-Wade) rises to the top while the "crap" (Lebron as a person) sinks.

What will be intriguing is if Miami comes back to win this and Wade gets MVP. Sure, Lebron will get the "monkey" (ring) off his back but I bet being second fiddle won't set well with him for long. Would LOVE to be a fly on the wall at the "after parties" listening to Lebron's "Entourage wannabes" (LRMR) chirping "look at D-Wade, he's got ALL the ladies hanging on him. C'mon, Lebron, you GOT to get some of THAT. YOU the man! You got to be the one showcased" and THEN, it begins...

This "Unholy Alliance" may work THIS year to get that ring but I don't see being "Robin" setting well with Lebron's EGO at all...

Lebron has been shrinking but once again, you guys are forgetting who carried the team during the last round. I remember that Espn kept asking "what is wrong with Dwade"

lol just like that writer......I think you're looking just a bit too much into all of this.

It's really unexplainable especially after the Chicago series. The scary thing is that the series is tied and Lebron hasn't even played great yet. I see Lebron having a huge game 5.

You know you are obsessed with someone when you talk about their jealousy at a party because girls aren't hanging out with them.

Think what you want but Lebron has an infantile mindset. He may play the good soldier to get that ring but I don't see him liking not being "the man." His ego is too huge and the clowns chirping in his ear, you know...the "geniuses" that came up with the idea for "The Decision", will work on that ego.

Just using that as an example, clown. It could be ANY situation but I bet if Wade does end up getting the MVP that Lebron won't be pleased about it down the road.

Make no mistake, LBJ is about #1....himself. He won't like DWade getting the attention, and ppl will always talk about his ring(s) [if he gets any] with an asterik. That will bother him no doubt. I think BR is on point with this one.

My guess is no one will get a hoot about the MVP as long as Miami wins. Miami as a TEAM seems to be a lot closer than a lot of people would like to imagine. Still got a long way to go though, this looks to be a dog fight.

Dallas has to hold serve in Game 5 or it's over. If they do, I still see it going 7 with it being a tossup...so I agree with the dogfight.

I'm sure they will all be happy to get their rings, if they win, but over time people WILL be getting in Lebron's ear. I have no doubt about it. His "handlers" are just as immature as he is.

I think his elbow is bothering him, no wait that was last year, maybe a headache!

Hmmmm...didn't seem to bother Dirk with his 102 degree temperature. ;)

If I had to put money on it, Haslem slept with his mom this time.

True story. D-Wade has a little more class than that.

Nobody is looking into anything too much. Its becoming a habit that hes shrinking at the biggest times that end his seasons. I can take 6-21 shooting nights. I can't take a lack of leadership. You hear it in his voice during pregame speeches. He needs to find the leader in him before its too late. Hes the best on the planet, but he has to show himself what lebron james is really made of. Screw you, me, the media, and his peers. This is about pushing yourself to the limit... god only knows what that could be.

The problem is, he's NOT a leader. Wade is the leader of that team.

This, which appears to be enough for Miami.

He proved his "leadership" qualities when he bolted to join "the guys" in South Beach. It looks as if he's content to hang out in the background and let D-Wade do his thing. Frankly, I'm surprised that he's taken on the facilitator role and hasn't tried to be the "star."

I think a lot of people knew, even in Cleveland, that Wade has the "heart of a lion" from that championship series in 2006. James has just proven he's the "Lyin King."

Lebron is not a leader...never was. Even at asvsm...he was not the leader, just the best player.

Who was the leader in Cleveland? Andy? Big Z?

It may be construed that he "lead" by example with his excellent play but he was not a vocal "leader." Instead of calling out players to get them to take their game to the next level he would just pout like a child. I think more people WANTED to see him call his teammates out on the carpet (ala Kobe) versus just being their "clown along buddy."

That team really didn't have a vocal leader at all.
