I haven't been following this story much. Are we any closer to having football this season?
  • BR1986FB

I caught Ray Lewis' interview last night. Is he trying to one up Mendenhall? What a dumbass.

Which will fuck over the Browns and Bengals (if they start Dalton) versus some of the other teams in the league.

That is what I figure also. It will boil down to the fact that the players need the check more than the owners do and they will reach an agreement. Just glad that there are players who are running camps and what not so they aren't totally of shape by the time the season rolls around.

Yeah, I heard that. Pretty friggin stupid. "If there's no football, crime rates will rise because people live their lives through us." Maybe people who don't HAVE a life.

    See my post above.

He had that "crazy look" too during the interview like he was speaking fact.

“Too many people live through us. People live through us. Walk in the streets the way I walk in the streets.”

“Do this research if we don’t have a season — watch how much evil, which we call crime — watch how much crime picks up if you take away our game.”

    lol...wtf?

I don't know about you guys...but if there were no NFL games this season, the first that would come to mind would NOT be to go stab the guy working at BP down the street...but to each his own I guess?

Have you seen the latest Beastie Boys video? I'm trying to do something exactly like that if the season is cancelled. RAGE TIME!
  • bigdaddy2003
That is my prized linebacker! Ha wow definitely a goon for that statement.
  • enigmaax
I'm with Ray Lewis; dude knows crime. Hell, some people can't even go a few hours after the Super Bowl without getting so rowdy they gotta be murdered.
  • Laley23
I saw that Ray Lewis interview. He has that way of speaking, like it is all so intense and he is preaching almost. Sounded like a moron with those comments.
  • bigdaddy2003
Ha yes he definitely sounded like a moron. Luckily he is still productive on the field.

Haha I know what you mean. Imagine interviewing him....thinking "shit... is this guy gonna lunge at me with a shank?!!?"

I probably wouldn't STAB anyone, but if I don't have my NFL, I'm gonna recreate some of the league's brutal hits on anyone who pisses me off while war movie music plays in my head! I AM AN ANIMAL!!!!!!!

It did sound like he was preaching when he said it...is he saying that crime in the league will rise or that crime amongst fans will rise?

Amongst fans. And he always sounds like that during interviews. Its so weird. Like the crazy alcohol and meth addict who has been to rehab and now praises everyday and is all docile towards life. Just odd to see/hear.

That's awesome, ray lewis sounds more retarded than harold camping

If anyone understands crime and murder first-hand, it's Ray. Dude should be in jail and not on a football field -- but I know, that's blood...err water under the bridge.
  • thavoice
    What a toolbag.
    There will be football.
I imagine crime may go down.....less drunks on sunday's and such. Less marital strain on alot of couples. Less domestic abuse and such.

There will be fuooootball. no doubt.
