I was just hoping for a Santana sac fly and then Hafner delivers. Friggin awesome. It would be great if it was like this all Summer. -
OQBI absolutely Love this team.....yeah they are going to lose games, BUT they always find a way to get back to their winning ways!
BRF, are we carpooling to the game tomorrow? -
ts122733,774 paid to see it

Great game TBone!
Great game. I led the 33k plus in beers consumed without question. Great crowd. Best crowd I've been a part of since Game 2 vs the Yankees in 07. Pronk made the wifey making me stay for the postgame fireworks bearable. What a Oth inning. Jacobs Field magic tonight. This crowd was just begging for a chance to make a difference and after Drubys double we got to League.
To the Winking Lizard we go!! -
OQBIt's about time people start supporting this team.....(meanwhile I can't find a fricking free night or day to go to a game) I'm too damn busy
-
BRFMan oh man! As most of you know, I listen to the games on the radio. Hammy set this one up nicely. When Choo was up it was apparent that he was coaxing a walk off. When that failed, he went into a zone that actually had me believing that something big was going to go with Hafner at the plate. He said how big would this be for Hafner to end this game with a walk off?! And...............wtf happened??!!!!!!!!!
What a huge HUGE win!
edit: took the Glittering Wahoo off because ts already posted it. Good job! -
OQBThat game sure does deserve 2 glittering Wahoo's!!
-
JerseyBuckThe thing I hate the most about not living in Ohio anymore is missing games like these. Sitting in a bar full of Yankees, I jumped outta my seat and am sure to not have a voice tomorrow! Kardiac Wahoo's do it again! Amazing!

grodtIt's games like this that make me glad Wedgie is in the other dugout now
-
hangonsloopyI was at the game tonight. It brought back memories of the 90's. Packed stadium, fans going crazy, and a walk-off. What a game.

Imagine if thedave was still here? -
OQBI think the professional athletes we have in Cleveland now are tired of being called horrible, minor leaguers, etc.....like we fans are tired of everyone outside of Ohio disrespecting us as people and as a sports crazy state. The outsiders are ignorant and have no idea what it's like to have been in our shoes.
I am just glad we have young guys with no ego's that love the game they play. -
iclfan2Somebody please post Hammys call if you get it.

I didn't watch the game but saw the HR call on ESPN's ticker on the computer. I was laughing when I looked at the Mariners pitcher and it showed "B. League." I thought "B League?" Is that anything like the OC being considered the minor leagues? -

Low blow sir. I obviously meant 9th inning. 33 thousand plus in attendance. Over 55 thousand dollar dogs ended up being served. Tonight was the 2nd most walkup ticket sales in the history of Progressive/Jacobs Field. We made Doug Fister look like a Cy Young candidate for 8 innings and made Brandon League look like Jeremy Sowers. The fireworks show was set to Cartoon Theme songs, with the finale coming to the Flintstones. Pretty good show actually.
Also found out that tomorrow is faith day at Progressive Field. Didn't know that when I bought the tickets. Dressing up as Jesus for sure tomorrow. -
