Hmm. No Rajon Rondo. I could have sworn Goon said it was unquestionable that Rondo was a top 3 all-around point guard, but I can't find him anywhere on this list. -

Actually I take that back... He's a horrific shooter. When he starts scoring more, he will be in that mix.

I don't have any problems with this list, except Westbrook should be on the 1st team instead of Kobe. Kobe, as usual, is getting the lifetime achievement award. -

LOL, at using the ALL NBA teams to say Rondo isnt top 3 cause he isnt there, and then saying Paul is the best PG in the league when he is on the 3rd team. -

That's incorrect and not the logic I used. I'm saying Chris Paul is the best PG in the league, but that's my opinion, and it has nothing to do with his inclusion on the 3rd team instead of the 1st team. I'm using "expert" opinions that Rondo is not a top 3 PG as evidenced by his absence on all 3 All NBA teams to back up my claim that he isn't a top 3 PG. I guess I could say that Rondo isn't a top 3 PG without anything to back it up like I did with Chris Paul in saying he's the best, but I had testimony supporting my opinion so why not post it?
Also, I don't rank my PGs based on where they fell on the All NBA team, but, my everyone in my top 3 made an All NBA team and Rondo did not, so that's my basis for using it. -

If I'm building a team and I have a choice between Rondo and Westbrook I'm going Rondo. Not as proficient as a shooter/scorer but brings a lot to the table all-around. That being said, I wasn't too surprised by anyone on this list. -

Not at all, just saying personally I would prefer Rondo. I just think he does more to make the team around him better. I guys that's just my preference of style when it comes to point guard. Westbrook is obviously very good as well. -

Yeah if you throw out stats and the fact that Kobe also plays defense and not 1 of the 119 voters gave westbrook a first place vote. -

Kobe played some stellar defense in the Mavs series...spending the majority of the time guarding Peja, smh.
Kobe plays defense yes, but hes no lockdown defender anymore. Westbrook also plays pretty damn good defense -

Who in the NBA is a "lockdown" defender? They don't exist, its the NBA ,the offense's are too good. -

I can agree with that.
It's almost painful to watch Westbrook dribble the ball for 20 seconds before putting up a brick without even glancing at Durant once. Not a knock on his talent, but a knock on being as good as a team player as Rondo. -
