^That's a pretty misleading stat. Shaq scored 8 straight points during the run that the Cavs put on them too--which was the biggest run in the NBA this season. It has a lot to do with Shaq being on the floor when they started the game by going down 11-0. LeBron had 14, 5 and 10, only took 10 shots and was only a +8. Z and Andy were +31, they had 13 points combined. Delonte had 21 and he wasn't as high as Z and Andy at +24.
+/- is a cool stat but you get a better idea of a player if you look at the stat over a course of time, not just one game.
The Cavs have LeBron at +17.7, Andy at +12.9 and Gibson at +0.9...everyone else on the team is in the negative. Shaq for the season is -3.2, Z is -3.5.
Shaq also only played 15 minutes in the game, and as I said, a big part of that was in the beginning of the game when they were getting worked.
