What Will Be The Next Huge Career Milestone In Baseball?
-
OQBI may be in the minority but I thought baseball was more fun to watch during the roid days.....the HR chases and the exciting offenses. Part of me wants them back, but that will never ever ever ever happen. haha

Laley23Prince has as good a shot as Miggy at 600.

True. I said Miggy because he's a year older and has a 57 HR lead on Prince. Price would have to average 40 HRs for 10 years that that would still leave him at 595. If Miggy averages 40 for 9 years he'd be at 612. Prince does average more HRs but not quite 40. It's going to be difficult for either one to get there. -
HereticPittsburgh's epic race to win 70 games this season. The nation WILL be captivated.

justincredibleAdam Dunn will hit 600.

Ironman92Fielder's body will never hold up. At his size his knees might get him to 450....if his weight doesn't get there first.
Cabrera enjoys the calories as well...plus Mannyness will probably hold him to about Manny's total.
I think Dunn needs to be around 250 lbs to make it long enough to fullfill our dreams. -
karen lotzChipper got his 500th double last night. Edit the thread title to "What will be the 2nd huge career milestone in baseball?"

GOONx19^ I'm not even sure that's top 50 all time, is it?

I believe he is the 52nd to do so. And he is tied for 50th all time with 2 other schmucks.GOONx19;750517 wrote:^ I'm not even sure that's top 50 all time, is it? -

Yup, torn ACL in spring training the first year he was expected to be a starter in Atlanta. -
Laley23Chipper is a fucking douchebag adulter. He sucks at baseball and is probably the reason Atlanta always choked in the playoffs. All those division titles and only 1 championship to show for it...yeah, Chipper blows.
/sarcasm
Chipper is awesome, I was very glad he came back for another year. -
FootwedgeJim Thome gives up twinkies.
