This article was pretty interesting when I read the headline.
  • The Enforcer
Fedor will beat Lesnar if they lock horns.

Brock will probably finish out his contract with the UFC and call it quits.

He's getting older. It's taking longer to recover. He isn't one who really digs the limelight, that's why he quit the WWE.

He has 2 fights left on his contract. Then he's done.

I figured he wasn't one who loved the limelight but he is only like 31. I just can't see him quitting already.

Not a chance that Brock will retire after 2 fights.

I am a Fedor fan and I would like to see this fight. I have to be honest, as much as I don't like Brock (mostly as a person), he is someone who could beat Fedor. Due to his size Brock can really match-up with just about anyone out there and Fedor is small for a HW. This fight could go either way because Fedor is also amazing at coming up with a plan to win in his fights and capitalizing on mistakes. I will just hate the day Fedor loses and everyone and there uncle who never watched anything outside of UFC will talk about how overrated he is/was and how he never fought anyone. The guy has cemented his legacy as one of the best ever. Even the best lose eventually.

Well as someone who is a fan of both Fedor and Brock I will say that I think Fedor would beat him as of right now. The man finds a way to win and is just too good of an all around fighter.

I don't think so at this moment. He may in a few years though.

I don't know. I wasn't really that impressed with Fedor. I think he's all hype because of his record. I just don't see him getting Brock into those "I just f'd myself" situations..
  • superman
If Fedor fights Brock like he did that stiff on CBS the other night, he will get killed.
  • pbuck
I'd pay some serious cash to watch this fight

Free? I doubt it. But they need to fight, somehow, some way. It is so sad to see Fedor not in the UFC. Once he kills Werdum and Ovreem, there is absolutely no one left for him to fight at Strike Force. I hope they can come to an agreement and make it happen. Fedor is too good to not be in the UFC and every month that he is not, everyone is losing. They aren't getting any younger.

Fedor wins but I would root for BROCK.
  • Mr Pat
Fedor had a chance to fight Brock but turned it down. Now that he neither can fight each other he wants to fight for free. Yeah OK...
  • j_crazy
ding ding ding, mrpat nailed it.

if he wanted to fight brock, it would have been in the works by now and he wouldn't have signed with strikeforce.

have fun beating up on the short bus fedor. I think he's the best, but until he fights someone comparable he'll never solidify that thought in my head.

Rogers made Fedor look very human.
  • I Wear Pants
Rogers is better than people give him credit for. He was pretty highly ranked among heavyweights and people are acting like he was a guy off the streets.

Rodgers would be about the 7th or 8th best in the UFC and Fedor struggled to beat him. Rodgers would be in the second tier of HW's in the UFC right now and Fedor struggled with him. While Fedor would be in the top tier of the UFC HW's right now I would put him behind Lesner. I have watched MMA evolve to where it is today. Fedor was one of the orginal true MMA stars. Sadly, now that there are other MMA stars with well rounded skills he is past his prime. In the last 5 years his fights have been against weak oppenents. His last true good fight was with NOG in 2004 and possibly a already declining CRO COP in 05. Wins aginst guys like Sylvia and Arlovski are not impressive. Those two were the top HW's in the ufc when the HW class sucked since then it has tranformed with new and mostly young eciting fighters. Wins against guys like Kevin Randelman, Hong man CHoi, a old Mark Coleman (with only 1 or 2 good skils) and about 90% of his fights are jokes. If Fedor still thinks he is the best them come to the UFC and fight someone like Cain Velaquez as a warmup to prove you are as good as you think and then figth Lesner. If you win you are a legend if you lose you are still a legend who isnt what he used to be. If you do not take the figth you look like someone who is either greedy, stupid, or scared. MMA has evolved especially the HW in the last few years and its time to prove you can still beat these new young skillful fighters.

I know many people will say you havent watched him fight. I have watched him fight and have been impressed with him. I watched him in Pride and M1 Ive watched his figths all over the internet. I just think the new guard is here and he needs to prove that the new guard still cant compete with him and make some money doing it. I know his management wants to promote M1 but, moneywise wouldn't it be better to get 10 million for 2 fights and possibly more with future fights. If he wins he can pretty much just hang out and get paid for apperances and be known all over the US. He can the rally use his stature as a true Icon known by all to promote M1 in America where a large percentage of the MMA money is.

I think Brock would handle him if they do indeed lock up. His size and strength advantage almost over anyone is just such a big advantage for him.
  • that one guy
    Lesnar would murder Fedor.
  • Mr. 300
Lesnar is in a hospital, and White says he won't be fighting for a long time.

Rogers would be like the 5th or 6th best in the UFC according to most rankings which have him around 8th overall.
  • bigdaddy2003
Anyone who thinks Fedor wouldn't walk through most of the heavyweights in the UFC with ease has no clue what they are talking about.
