Ive been fairly quiet on the LBJ thing.

    1. I still think HOW he announced his decision was badly played.
    2. He did have the right to go where he wanted, and as time plays out he is looking more and more correct. The Cavs failed in providing him decent support players.

    3. That video was put together pretty well. I liked it.

You miss Cavs fans caring huh?

It was fun but it's over.

Sorry but that argument is dead. Cavs have top 5 attendance in NBA despite worst team.

Season tickets were sold before The Decision. Let's see what the attendance is like next year. Hint: Look at the attendance figures before LeBron arrived.

I will help you out Y-Town, the Cavs averaged 11,500 the season before LBJ was drafted.

Can mods get troll points and have their shit moved to the basement? There is no logical reason why this isn't down there.

    Cry about it.

It's funny, deal with it. There are plenty of non-Cavs fans here that probably thought this was great.

Not sure how attendance numbers from 9 years ago is relevant but ok. People also have the choice of not going to the game. Not to mention the fact that every seat in the Q is not a season ticket seat. I'm sure attendance will drop next year but it won't be near those numbers. A lot has changed with the Cavaliers franchise in that period of time. Keep throwing out baseless opinions as facts though.

It's funny because it doesn't reflect the actual feelings in Cleveland. Obviously this video was made by heat fans. Totally fair to put it up since the Cleveland response to the nike ad was up. Not to mention this video which I think was done a lot better....No worries Cavs fans

So I can start a thread mocking the Lakers or Michigan or whatever team you bandwagon and you will just cry about it and it will stay here, right? Or the rules don't apply to mods.

Ummm its relevant because that was the last season without LeBron. You can't count this season because season tickets were sold out before LeBron announced he was leaving. Like I said, let's revisit the attendance numbers at this point next season. How is anything I said baseless opinion exactly?

I didn't watch the video. I'm just curious as to the purpose of this thread other than to troll Cavs fans.

I'm still a cavs fan praying they get someone like Kyrie Irving this year and jared sullinger in two years

How is him posting that video trolling? Maybe you are trolling his thread considering you didn't watch the video but are still whining.

How is it baseless? You assume that attendance will return to what it was the season before LeBron based on nothing more than LeBron's presence. You fail to remember that the Cavs were still freaking black and light blue back in those days. The Q was still the Gund. Dan Gilbert wasn't the owner. An entire new generation of fans (and ticket holders) has grown up in 9 years (like how I was too young to buy tickets in 2002 but now ohave the funds to do so). The entire downtown area is different than it was 9 years ago. That season was also a culmination of the 5 years of losing that took place before it. To say that attendance will automatically go back down to that level is an opinion not a fact.

Also you ignored my points about not every seat being a season ticket seat and that the season ticket holder still has a choice of whether or not they want to attend the game. Facts aren't play dough. You can't mold them and shape them to fit your argument

Maybe you can tell me how this is any different from Sleeper's Notre Dame threads or Capone's Browns threads then.

Because I'm not hating on Cleveland or anything, I thought the song was funny so I posted it.

Change your tampon and shut up.

I didn't say it will drop to the pre LeBron year, just said that it will likely not be what it is this year. You do know that the Q is the same building as Gund Arena right? For you to say that it automatically won't go back down to that level is an opinion not a fact as well, wouldn't you agree? I know not every seat is a season ticket seat. They announce paid attendance, which doesn't necessarily mean every ticket that was bought was actually used on a given night. Good line about the play dough, maybe you should stick to playing with that over trying to discuss sports.

So you're not hating on Cleveland but the video is. I didn't know troll posts were outlawed unless they are a troll video. I apologize. I should have been more aware of the rules.

It's not trolling, it's humor. The entire sports world is laughing at the Cavs and you're crying because of a video. Come on man.

So you didn't say it would drop to the pre-LeBron level but you sure as hell insinuated it. Anyone who's been to a game the last few years (even this year) will tell you that the overall fan experience at Cavs games have improved. They've made multiple improvements to the arena on multiple levels. That was my Q-Gund point, but I understand from reading your posts and your arguments that you're not the sharpest tool in the shed. Sorry, but no one on here is buying your weak arguments.
  • Trueblue23
Is the Q nice? I'll be there Wednesday at the Lakers game.

lol, cool man. I hope you enjoy the overall fan experience now that you can afford a ticket.

I've recently heard the fan experience is greatly improved. You should love it and will probably fill out your 2011-12 season ticket request form at the end of the first quarter.
