Ray Allen

Which is absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things.
I think he is saying your math is off because your comparison is only a .9% difference compared to a 2%.?
I took it from wiki. So yeah it may be wrong. -

Yeah, I was just pointing out the actual math of it and in the grand scheme of things 2% isn't a big deal however if one guy made 91 of 100 free throws and another made 89 i guess that 2% difference would matter depending on the significance of when the 2 were missed. -
PrescottIf the debate is about 3-point shooting, it is virtually a push. Allen's career 3-point % is 39.8%. Miller's career 3-point % is 39.5%.

SportsAndLadyI'm pretty sure september has been so completely wrong/looked retarded like 4 times in this thread.
As for the question, i'll take Reggie...he was THE guy to lead the Pacers, Ray Allen was always 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th option. -

Reggie led the Pacers to the conference finals a few times, and got screwed out of the finals when Larry Johnson somehow got an and 1 on a 3 pointer after another 4 dribbles and 2 steps lol. Reggie also took the Lakers and Shaq/Kobe to 6 games. Reggie was a much MUCH more complete player than he is ever given credit for.
I'm not saying Reggie wasn't a great player, but I just think Ray Allen is better. Bill Simmons brought up an interesting point on his twitter. Does anyone else remember a couple years ago when the Celtics were trying to get Reggie out of retirement? Had he done it, he'd still have the 3 point record and would have a ring taking the place of Eddie House on that team. -

Where was I wrong or looked like you? I picked Reggie Miller before anyone else did.
The 2% was Miller at 47% and Allen at 45% from the field, not three's. I already said they were both at 39% from three. -

Why retarded? He's played in 300 less games than Reggieseptember63;673744 wrote:The record stems from his games played as much as anything. Just my opinion. No need to bash me Mr. Boston Celtic.
september63;673744 wrote:For his career Reggie MIller shot 47% from the field. Big difference actually.
Why retarded? It's 2% more than Ray Allen; 2%.
Why retarded? Two reasons...you just got done saying Reggie is better, then you said maybe a wash lol also, how can it MAYBE be a wash? it's either a wash or it isn't. Second reason is saying Allen is a better 3 point shooter because he won a championship..just pure retardation.september63;673744 wrote:Its maybe a wash. Ill give Allen a nod for winning a championship.
