Remember how you kept trying to defend yourself for your passive aggressive trolling bullshit on the Browns/Jets thread? Karma is a bitch.

I wasn't trolling on that thread. I don't troll. Rather, I'll occasionly respond when provoked. How did you defend yourself just now? "0 troll points"? Same here, pal.

Furthermore, I post on Browns threads occasionally and I think most would agree that it's FAR from trolling. What did I post on threads about their recent hires? NOTHING derogatory at all. I don't troll. Responding when provoked is not trolling. Plain and simple.

Don't tell Colin Cowherd that haha. I need to listen to his show later on see how he backpedaled from his comments earlier this season.

I really can think of two posters on this board who contribute absolutely nothing to the conversation here at Ohio Chatter

There isn't a bigger idiot on the radio than Cowherd. Remember his comments on Votto this year? What a putz.

Let's all jump on the Rodgers bandwagon.

Yeah, he does say some stupid things sometimes. I find him entertaining though. For every boneheaded statement he makes, he usually makes about 3-4 good points. He knows what he is doing though, I can almost guarantee he doesn't believe the majority of what he says. He tries to fire people up.

He generally doesn't get much of a reaction from me. I usually just laugh at him. But if there was ever a time I wanted to call him out, it was when he was BBQing Votto because he (Cowherd) hadn't really heard of him/doesn't follow baseball.

I was on the Rodgers bandwagon going back to last year. Pre-season I thought they had the best shot of winning... however after the first few weeks and the injuries, especially to RB I thought they would drop out of contention.

But yes, Cowherd was backpedaling this morning. The guys a douche.

    lol ok

Big Ben is the best QB in the NFL. Is that better?
  • justincredible
Cowherd also thinks Ms. Doubtfire is the best comedy of all time.

If anything I think Big Ben is a good QB on a great team. I hated all the talk before the Super Bowl about how if he won a 3rd he'd be one of the best ever. Heck, his 1st super bowl they won in spite of his horrible play.

Steve Young was blowing him harder Sunday morning than Gruden was blowing Tebow before last year's draft.

I don't think someone was saying he'd be the best ever....more like a spot in the HOF.

No Big Ben is not the best QB.

Brady is the best QB in the game right now and it's not even close.

Isn't a spot in the Hall Of Fame an indication of one of the best ever?

And that's not what I said either. I said "one of the best ever," which is exactly what a lot of the talk was about before the Super Bowl.

Negatory. Flush Brady out of the pocket and he's awful. He also hasn't won a meaningful game in a long, long time.
  • jordo212000
Rodgers is moving up my list quickly, but I still give "best QB" to Tom Brady

Con_Alma;668409 wrote:Isn't a spot in the Hall Of Fame an indication of one of the best ever?

Ahhh I misread. I thought he meant THE best ever....not one of.

I think if he did win his third it would be hard to keep him out. You can't argue with his post/regular season records, clutch performances....and 3 rings. Sure he plays on a good team, but the same can be said about Bradshaw. The QB gets the glory.
  • Con_Alma
Yep...there are many a players in the hall that benefited from being on great teams and in great programs. I am not suggesting that Ben is one but it sure doesn't hurt his chances of getting in tho the Hall.

So since Rodgers has had one good year he is the best in the game right now?

One good year? He became GB's starter in 2008. He was 78 yards short of his 3rd consecutive (all three years he's started) 4000 yard passing season. He's also thrown no less than 28 TD's in those years.

And he doesn't throw that "bad ball" that costs your team...he may not have a rating of 122 every game but he doesn't throw those ill advised picks either.

He's had 3 great years capped off by a Super Bowl victory. You serious with 'one good year'?

    Yep. Worst year was 2008 when he threw 13 INT's, 7 in 2009 and 11 in 2010.
