Manny Harris is playing out of his mind, and if you heard his halftime interview he apparently is also having fun.

they still suck and will lose this game....

And Eyenga will be out for at least a week I would assume with that ankle injury. Hopefully nothing more serious, as he was fun to watch these last few games.

And av is done for the year....so no trade....ugh again

Nope. Coming back into the game
  • Wooball
or maybe not, seems to be walking OK after it looked like someone shot him in the face when he rolled that ankle

I hate watching Mo and Twan suck in the 4th quarter.

It's actually been pretty refreshing to watch the younger guys play lately. Harris, Eyenga, and even Gee and Samuels have been more interesting than watching Hickson make frustrating decisions over and over. Jamison took some bad shots down the stretch tonight, which ended up being costly.

Yep. You would think that it would be the young guys and rookies taking bad shots down the stretch. Instead it was Jamison and Mo that shot the Cavs out of this game.

    JJ with 23 and 17
    Manny with 27 and 8

JJ made some mistakes but not nearly as many as Jamison made in the 4th quarter. Jamison and Mo played awful 4th quarters.

Jamison's shots weren't even close....not sure why he felt the need to keep chucking it.

Improve his trade value? He needs to get his numbers

I like Hickson in the undersized C role, especially on offense. And with the lack of great big men in the NBA, he isn't going to be terrible on defense either. It allows him to use his quickness and jumping ability more than when he plays the 4. He seems to drift out to the perimeter too much this year when playing the 4. Hopefully at the 5 he will stay closer to the basket where he is more effective.

I really hope the Cavs are able to deal Mo and Jamison before the deadline. They are our best players, but with this roster and the way the season is goin those 2 guys are not going to play like it. They aren't going to pout publicly, but they aren't going to bring it every night. The young guys will at least be excited to be playing. If those 2 are dealt, some nights the Cavs might lose by 40, but I would much rather watch the young guys get some experience and start the full rebuild. Mo and Jamison will not be apart of the next playoff contending Cavs team, so hopefully they can be dealt.

The Cavs are going to be stuck in "rebuilding mode" for a few years now....might as well clear the cap and get a PG/C to build the team around. It is proven you can't win a championship when you build a team around a forward (lebron/Carmello).

i think it's time to put up "for sale" signs at parker, jamison and williams' houses...these three need to go
  • OQB
    ^^Amen!

    Throw in Andy too.

    Who would want him???
  • OQB
lol exactly...why would we want to keep him. I think with that god awful contract the cavs gave him made him unable to trade unfortunately.
  • Hb31187
Haha yeah...that contract for Andy is atrocious. (to MOST everyone on here at least)
  • OQB
Goes to show money is no object to Gilbert....but he doesn't think about the future and trading players.

Forget the contract since its anything but an expiring, why would you trade for someone who is out for the year that is not a top 10 player?
  • OQB
I know, I was just saying we need to get rid of him too....I know they won't be able to because of the injury and that contract.
  • hoops23
You guys are idiots if you think Andy's contract is atrocious.

If it's so bad, why were teams lining up for him? The ONLY reason Andy won't be traded is because of that SEASON ENDING injury he suffered.

As for Manny Harris, this is why I wanted him over Danny Green. I can't believe this kid went undrafted and I'm not the only one.

He's got the ability to score the ball and that's all that matters right now. I think that game benching has done JJ wonders as well, since then he's played a couple of really good games and was just a monster tonight.

AJ and Mo need to go though.

It's also nice to see Eyenga, Samuels, and Gee getting some run as well. If I'm the Cavs, I keep running those guys out there and find some buyers for AJ/Mo/Parker ASAP.

They haven't been winning, but the last couple of games have actually been watchable/entertaining.
